As a long time supporter of Neiman Marcus in Hackensack, I am sad to say that I will not return due to the poor customer service in the intimates department.The manager acted in a very mean spirited manner. Her customer service skills are appalling and should be noted by her superiors as completely absent in this situation. I own my own business and care for clients every day, so I am familiar with giving superior customer service.In this simple situation, she acted in an awful manner. I could not understand her intent but she literally bickered with me over an item they have in the store still but refused to exchange an unworn item. I will not return as I prefer to be treated kindly and with the same respect and courtesy anyone else would anticipate as a customer.

Not sure when neiman Marcus started hiring promiscuous women that tried to invite my husband for drinks! As if this wasn’t bad enough she asked for my husband to pay for her babysitter in order for her to go out for a drink!!! And the way she was dressed was very far from appropriate for Neimans! She was by xerioff, and the way she was dressed does not represent what I thought of Neimans attire! Showing her breasts and stomach full of tattoos! I will never be back! And women beware!

Neiman Marcus Horrible service, they still my money, they charge me twice for a 500$ perfume, even though I told the lady that she already charged me, she rudely said that I was wrong, that the transaction never went through, now have to deal with this People to get my money back

I ordered a coat for my son for my son for Christmas with this store and made it aware to Carol and others that I had not received the item. The item was delivered to the wrong door causing me to have to buy a whole different coat and spend more money while paying for an item I still did not receive. I am a frequent shopper with Neimans but refuse to shop at this location and or with Carol especially after the poor customer service.

I bought a jacket and earned $250 gift card last November from Shorthill location. After 8 weeks, I never got anything and nobody helped me to track, even sales person from Moncler who sold to me. I went for shopping in Garden Sate mall and had chance to talked to Elizabeth Neiman Marcus Paramus. She made phone calls and texted to the manager to helped me to get a gift card. After 6 days, I've got an email with gift card. I like to thanks to her and her manager for all the extra works to make things right. They truly make me choose Nieman Marcus from "not to go place" to "let's check first place" for shopping. I'll go back Paramus location shortly to use my gift card and more. Now I know where to shop!

Bad customer service ever! I have an online order for return and refund. My original payment method was credit card but they refunded to a gift card. About one month after they received my return since I didn’t receive any refund in my credit card so then I contacted their online customer service. I was told they refunded to my credit card more than 7 business days ago which was supposed to appear in my band account…I asked for a proof of the issue of the refund but they said they didn’t have any. The only way to escalate my issue is to call. I then emailed my issue to Neiman Marcus and one rep told me it might take longer to have my refund appear on my credit card account. And a few minutes later, the same rep said my refund was actually issued as a gift card or check… and asked me to wait for 2-4 weeks to get it by mail…. I asked them to cancel the gift card and refund to my original credit card, but they gave me their gift card department phone number and let me handle this issue made by them!!! I got a couple of reps replies and they all repeatedly said I have to contact gift card department on my own!!!

Why does the service I get here depend on how I'm dressed. Sometimes I feel like just throwing on uggs and leggings and going to shop for expensive shoes. But I noticed a difference when I'm all dressed and I'm carrying an expensive bag. Never play the halo and the horns . You never know who has money to spend

I cannot say enough about this mall ! First, always love that Nieman does Valet Parking. Definitely something I always need. Second…. During the holiday season my fiance decided to call the Chanel store for the boyfriend bag I wanted and he said a woman named Stephanie helped him and was beyond helpful with all his 19171817 questions. From color, to what it looks like if it’s in stock and what other stock they had available. He said they of course informed him during the holiday season stock does run low but will make every attempt to help make sure I would be happy with the bag. Let me tell you ! On Christmas when I opened my Chanel box ! My eyes lit up because we checked so many places and they were out of stock on Long Island. I was beyond thankful he went to the Garden State plaza and was able to obtain it due to the wonderful woman who was working there helping him through the phone. Soooo Kodus to Chanel and that Stephanie girl because my fiancé is definitely annoying on the phone. I appreciate your patience with him and your honestly when knowing it’s the holiday season. And most of all I LOVE MY BAG !!!!!!

Absolute idiot Manager running the show in Neiman Marcus 503 Garden State Plaza Paramus New Jersey.. I purchased a shirt two weeks ago came in with a full receipt. Nothing whatsoever wrong with the shirt the manager refused to take the shirt back because he said it needed the tags and was arguing with me and kept me there 10 minutes. Complete morons. Manager was very argumentative. Had an absolutely miserable customer service experience ruining my day ..His name was Blair Blowdorn ..
