Absolute idiot Manager running the show in Neiman Marcus 503 Garden State Plaza Paramus New Jersey.. I purchased a shirt two weeks ago came in with a full receipt. Nothing whatsoever wrong with the shirt the manager refused to take the shirt back because he said it needed the tags and was arguing with me and kept me there 10 minutes. Complete morons. Manager was very argumentative. Had an absolutely miserable customer service experience ruining my day ..His name was Blair Blowdorn ..

This review is for Christina Adamo and her assistant Stefani. I had inquired about the Chanel Mini Shopping Bag on December 13th to which Stefani had said it was sold out. I asked her if they'd be restocking and she said no. I went to a Chanel store while I was in Hawaii yesterday to find out that the Mini Shopping Bag would be restocked nationwide on the 25th. I inquired with Christina again and she said that the request list is now closed. So not only did I get false information from Stefani, I also missed out on my chance to sign up for the request list. I expressed my sorrow to Christina over this and she left me on read, not offering any apologies or accountability for the false information provided by her own assistant. It is just really unfortunate because I'm been waiting to purchase my first Chanel piece through Christina. I've followed her on Instagram for a very long time and always enjoyed her style. Her customer service must be incredibly lacking because I haven't had the chance to buy from her yet. And not that it matters to Neiman Marcus and her at the end of the day, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I'm over pretentious SAs who are lazy about clientele-ing and don't care about building relationships with customers because they have an influx of sales from their other buyers.

I shop at Neiman Marcus for a first -class shopping experience. Not the case when it came to picking up an on-line store order for a piece of Konstantino Jewelry in the men's department at Garden State Plaza, NJ. The bracelet was placed in a bag with a pouch- no gift box, tissue, etc. In fact, it's sad that a Konstantino box doesn't come with the product. Went back to the store to be told I needed to go to gift wrap for a box/tissue. After insisting, a kind associate, James Robinson, checked all the draws in the men's department looking for a box and couldn't find even one. Finally James had to go to the Fine Jewelry counter to accommodate. With one week before Christmas, I expect this experience at Macy's or JC Penney- NOT Neiman Marcus. Disappointing!

I ordered a pair of jeans and what I received looked not much like what was advertised. Raw hem in what I received vs nicely hemmed, etc. I ordered a light wash, I received a dark wash. The return process has changed and this is the real problem. Instead of printing a return label and dropping the package at the Post Office or UPS, I had to get a QR code, repackage the pants, and take them to Walgreens. Walgreens was clueless. Besides not knowing what to do, the manager was angry and rude. Bottom line--I will not shop at any store that uses this method for returns. It was a nightmare. I'd rather pay a return fee than be put through 20 minutes of an angry, poorly trained employee dealing with a FedEx package. Adding to the nightmare--Neiman Marcus acknowledges that the package is with FedEx and in route to them, but won't process my refund until they have the jeans in their facility and inspect them. They are the only retailer that does not process a refund once it receives confirmation that the return is on its way.

You get what you expect and more. They didn't have the item I was looking for in my size. I was offered to have it delivered next day. Unfortunately, I needed it immediately. The Salesman (his name isn't on the sale receipt) brought out another pair for me to try on for size. I ended up getting them.

Horrible experience in the perfume area… the workers there treat every customer according to commission they’ll get and treat the customer accordingly. If you ask for a sample for a perfume they give it to you and walk away and seem uninterested in helping you find the appropriate perfume.. so unprofessional and money hungry

OPINION: I edited my wife review with her permission. I ll put it shorter for u; we wont shop at NM anymore neither at BG, looking frw for NM going out of business for mistreating MANY clients paying their bills! Terrible c/service is a fault of a bad management; heard/ read NM filed for bankruptcy. Thx, saw ur comment, but we wont discuss further, good luck!

Today I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with an older Caucasian woman in the perfume department at around 5:45 pm working specifically for the fragrance brand “Bond No.9 New York”. I was inquiring about this brand and happened to ask if they also carry the brand “Montale”. The woman’s response was “No. They might have it at Walmart though.” Disgusting to know that 1. You assumed I should go shop somewhere that is in a completely different price range than Neiman Marcus, and 2. You don’t even know the products your store carries. Then, as I walked to the other side of the counter, there it was!! I would like to note that I am an African-American woman that took a huge offense to this. Management needs to get this woman out, and I can only imagine how many other customers she has strayed away. What a distasteful experience.

I'll never shop at Neiman Marcus or any subsidiaries owned by Neiman Marcus ever again. I purchased items online before during the holiday season, shipped back the unwanted items within their given timeframe, and just because their delivery service was delayed, they had the audacity to say that I returned the items late and refuse to issue any refund. I emailed back and forth with their customer service showing all the proofs that it's their own service that messed up, while their customer service kept conflicting themselves and not able to show me how it was my fault the return items didn't get to them in time. The whole experience is simply ridiculous and disgusting.
