I had a great experience with one of the cashiers. I bought sunglasses and they did not have a case, I made a remark to my cashier Madeline and she went out of her way, looked for a case in the backroom and was able to get a case from the same brand. Thank you so much, she made my day!

I had a good experience recently at the Nordstrom Rack in Paramus, New Jersey. Debra Zisa, employee, went out of her way to insure that I got the merchandise which I needed. She provided good customer service by being patient and listening to my needs. This is not always easy in such a busy store.

Horrible customer service. Came here for a return after few days after purchasing and the person at the register couldn’t help me with the return because I didn’t have the receipt and didn’t know how to process it through my credit card. Came back few days later to try again and the “manager” says it’s past 30 days. I asked for store credit because it wasn’t my fault they didn’t know how to process the first time when I was on time. Also the item is big on me but the answer was NO. I used to order a lot now I’ll keep this in mind.

What is wrong with HER??????
I have been to this place countless times and the staff I have met have been friendly. However, the female cashier I met today ignored me even though I greeted her first and asked for my phone number. After I finished paying, she threw her shopping bag at me.
If you don’t want to work just stay at home.

had a very unpleasant experience with the security guard at Nordstrom Rack. He was wearing a cap and appeared to be Latino. He was extremely rude and didn’t even let me speak or explain what I was doing.
His attitude was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. I felt mistreated for no reason, and the way he handled the situation was unacceptable.
I hope Nordstrom Rack reviews the behavior of their staff — no customer should be treated like this.

Nordstrom Rack in NYC is a treasure trove for shoppers! You'll find many things to see and buy for a good price, with a vast selection of clothing, accessories, and home goods. It's a fantastic spot for snagging deals. However, be prepared that the service isn't always ideal, and you might encounter long lines at the cash registers, especially during busy periods. Despite these minor inconveniences, the potential savings make it well worth the visit for bargain hunters.
