At least my third time in there and I am impressed with the selection, knowledge and willingness to assist. Yes you will pay more for B&M paint and because it is not a big-box store, but for something I don't do every day, it's worth it for the experience.

They were 10% more at $77.00 gallon of Benjamin Moore enamel type paint. So I got elsewhere for $70.00. Needed several gallons. And that’s the “professional” price.

JANE is a star!!!! Remodeling for certain parts of our home. We wanted something different. Enter the world of wallpaper and complete chaos in your mind because of the unlimited options. The world of wallpaper and remodelers could not do it without Jane. Omg!!!! She listened to what we wanted. Immediately narrowed down to a few books and we found our perfection. She knew what we wanted, gave us ideas, found the ideas, worked with us on the vision and trim paint colors. She was so patient and kind and made us feel like she was right there in the project with us. Honestly speaking, could not have done it without her. She even guided us to type of furniture and bedding to go with the bedroom work, which was even more amazing. She's marvelous!!! If you're thinking wallpaper, think Jane at Norton's Paint.

I recently renovated my kitchen, and the last thing to be done was selecting a paint color. I thought that would be the easiest decision among all the choices that I had just had to make, but it was overwhelming in that there were so many options. Were it not for Jane, I would likely still have several paint swatches taped to my wall, unable to make a decision. She was so incredibly helpful. Specifically, she was an excellent listener and helped me to see and think about things that otherwise would not have occurred to me. Utilizing her skills saved me money because it spared me from making a costly mistake (i.e.; having to repaint the kitchen after being dissatisfied with the color). The cherry on the sundae is that she is warm and someone with whom it is very easy to connect. Having Jane as a color consultant made all the difference, and because of her I love the the way the color of my kitchen works with everything else in the room!

Store is well stocked, salespeople are quite knowledgeable, and Benjamin Moore is the best paint out there. My only complaint is that there are no prices on merchandise. You don't know how much you are paying until they have rung you up. I don't like that, I don't like that at all. So, they get the sale for paint, but then I'm inclined to go to Home Depot for the rest. They may even be competitively priced, but there's no way to know that and I don't like flying blind.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They take time to help non-professionals pick the best product and how to best use it. They stock high end products, from paints to painting supplies. They also have a wallpaper line.

My husband went to Norton Paint, with six guys behind the counter, he was totally ignored until he finally asked if anyone could help him. He proceeded to show the salesman that the color they mixed did not match the project he was working on. After telling him that they cannot help him, he went to the paint chips and picked out a color which would best match. He asked them to mix the color for him and he would purchase the can of paint. He was told that they can't mix the paint. He asked them, "So you're telling me, that you don't want me to buy a can of paint?" They said that they can't accommodate him and wouldn't sell him the paint.
After leaving, he went to Ricciardi Paint in Lodi. My husband spoke with Ken and asked him to provide him with the color he needed. Ken not only perfectly mixed the color, he wrote the formula on the can and on the invoice so if another gallon is needed, it's going to be simple.

These guys went above and beyond. I left a lot of paint in my car during a cold snap, and they took 45 minutes of their time to shake and revive it, saving me the money it would have cost me to replace it. Thank you!

Teresa is amazing. She came to my home for a color consultation and made excellent recommendations. She was very thoughtful and wanted to make sure I was happy with the color choices. She has an excellent eye and is a very talented interior decorator.
