I like shopping at this Old Navy. It’s usually not busy and they have a lot of nice clothes that I can wear to work (business casual). My definition of business casual includes jeans. The staff here is very friendly and the mall is very nice and quiet. Even on Saturday, not crowded like the nearby garden state.

I usually really like this store, but I had an experience today that left me confused. I was purchasing several items, including a maternity tank top on clearance for $4.99. As the cashier is ringing me up, he suddenly stops, looks at the tag and says “I can’t sell this to you.” When I questioned him, he gave me a bunch of responses including “someone must have returned it, it has no bar code on it, it originally was a set”. When I told him I don’t mind that it doesn’t have the other piece of the set, I’d just like the tank top, he repeated “I can’t sell this to you.” I wasn’t going to argue over a $5 tank top, but I did kindly suggest that maybe the staff should be more vigilant about putting out merchandise that cannot be sold. The cashier then took the tank top and put it right back into the return pile, so chances are it will be put back out onto the sales floor anyway! I was very confused and annoyed, and will not be back to this location.

It's a nice store, The prices of the clothes split to 2 parts, The low prices clothes I didnt like the quality, The other side Its a little more costly but it worth it, the service is good and the clothes are organized, Free Parking lots Availabe.
