I'm still waiting on the bottom front panel on a dishwasher that I purchased from this place in March (it is mid-June). I didn't even get that great of a deal and got the floor model. I shouldn't have agreed to the floor model since the part is missing. I was going back and forth with some texts and I was told it was going to be ordered separately and I have not received anything and now they haven't even gotten back to me - I followed up twice.

Joe was terrific, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave me a great price on a refrigerator, and his delivery guys were efficient and on time. Highly recommend them.

My dishwasher broke just before a holiday weekend when the following week I was expecting a houseful of visitors because of a funeral. I went to all the large franchise stores, shopped online, etc. I couldn’t get anyone to verify if the dishwasher I had in mind had an electric box to wire into or if it had a cord that needed an outlet.
James Flynn at Overstock Appliances confirmed it had an electric box. He also met the sale price of one of the large stores which another large store competitor had refused to do for me.
The next challenge was delivery in time. They were honest and said the ideal day was completely booked. The next day would be very tight and it would be late in the day because they had a big delivery in Manhattan but they said they would.
I was very busy the day of delivery and realized at 4:30 that I hadn’t heard anything. I called the store, they assured me it would be delivered within the hour. IDK who the guy was, but I realized after, he brought it in his private vehicle. I was so grateful. We got it installed quickly, about a half hour before guests arrived.
I highly recommend Overstock Appliances because they care about their customers.

Juan and Ari, the gentlemen who delivered and installed my washing machine and dryer were fantastic! They carefully lifted them onto our platform and set them up perfectly in a spot we gave them little room to work with! Very professional and courteous!

Excellent Service and Quality Products!
We recently purchased five appliances from Overstock Appliances (entire kitchen) and we couldn’t be happier! The staff was knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect models for our kitchen. Delivery was on time, and the installation team was professional and efficient. Everything work perfectly, and I’ll definitely be returning for future appliance needs. Highly recommend!

joseph and his team were incredibly insightful, honest, and transparent when it came to buying a new washing machine after mine died.
joseph was patient and informative with all of my questions, pulled up competitors pricing to prove he would give us the best price, he even gave us space and time to research for ourselves and offered us coffee while we googled.
we left to explore the PC Richards down the street just to see what other machines were like and quickly returned to Overstock Appliances because their expertise and prices are truly unmatched.
i waited a few days so that i could use the washing machine several times before posting my review. now we're about a week in and i have had no issues with our washing machine! quality customer service AND quality products!

Ari & Juan did an excellent job installing my GE Oven and microwave this morning. Very pleased with their professionalism and communication. They called ahead, showed up on time and were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and I am very happy with their install. Thank you so much!

I'VE GONE TO SEVERAL APPLIANCE STORES, LOWES, HOME DEPOT, BEST BUY APPLIANCE STORES FOR STOVES REFRIGERATORS AND THEY WERE ALL OVERPRICED AND DEFECTIVE AND THE WASHER DRYERS APPLIANCES WERE OVERPRICED AND DEFECTIVE AND THEY WERENT WILLING TO FIX UNLESS I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY I FINALLY WENT ONLINE AND SAW OVERSTOCK APPLIANCE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME THE EXACT BRAND I WANTED AND LOWEST PRICE AVAILABLE I SAW THEIR HIGH REVIEWS AND I WILL BUY FROM THEM FROM NOW ON, THEY ARE TRUELY THE BEST AND SO FRIENDLY.
