I came to PC Richard to purchase a new washer and dryer. Jamel helped me. I knew the brand that i wanted. Jamel worked with me to price match from another store. Jamel also gave me his number so i can follow up with him. He did not hesitate to respond to my calls and to help sort out delivery. I would come back to the store for my appliances. Plus my washer and dryer is great. I do my laundry in half the time now
