Came shopping for my amazing son. He got great grades and is killing it in sports. I wanted to spoil him by shopping at a store that he has been raving about so we head out to Pacsun at Westfield! To my pleasant surprise the clothes were awesome & the staff amazing! I was greeted and catered to like I was shopping on 5th Ave! They made the experience 5 star! Starting with Joseph making sure the floor had the right sizes and enough stock to Zaina managing quality control at the cashier. We ended with the super pleasant Roy making sure each item is in pristine condition before ringing them up. Their smiles and willingness to make sure we were happy was everything! Let’s not forget our guy at the fitting room! I didn’t catch his name but he was bomb! Thank you guys!! Will come back again and hope it’s the shift you are all in.

Terrible experience I was gifted an item for the holidays(with gift receipt). I needed to exchange for smaller size. Manager told me I should “try selling it to someone else“ but they won’t be doing anything for me because all sales are “final”. I need help understanding if all sales are final why give a gift receipt? Am I missing something ?

Experience at first was great the general store manager and associate were very helpful. Walked in 3 days later to change a size and the male manager was super rude. Asked for a fitting room and he made a sound as if getting a fitting room was annoying for him to do. Also had other employees all stand in a circle talking about me and staring right at me because I wanted to exchange a size. Rude customer service.

My friend and I went to PacSun to have an enjoyable shopping experience at the Garden State Plaza Mall and picked out our choices of clothing at Pacsun. However, after we picked out choice of clothing, we went to wait on a very long 15 minute line. Only for us to find out, when we were finally at the front of the register, after we have been waiting for 15 minutes, that they only accepted credit cards and not cash. They did not tell us in advanced and made us wait, 15 minutes on a long line for nothing. To add on to it all, the employees were very rude and passive aggressive and showed no compassion or curtesy, since they did not tell any customers beforehand about their policy. I wasn’t able to pay for any of my clothes, that I loved and wanted very badly, because of their poor communication to their customers. Although I love PacSun clothing in general and the store, I personally wouldn’t recommend going to this specific location because of their poor communication, rude workers, and customer service!
