I would like this review to be viewed by corporate about how nice the customer service is here. Xavier helped me in a way no other pandora store has. He really appreciates his customers and takes the time to listen and care about your needs. Thank you for engraving my beautiful heart charm and letting us know how to take care of our charms since no one else told us how to care for them. I can’t thank him enough for helping me.

I ordered a sparkling bow pink ring on December 15th 2024 and I got an empty box. My daughter went to GSP Pandora to try to find assistance and the employee Cynthia and her coworker were treating my daughter as a liar. They told her to just “contact customer service “ as if we haven’t been. This location would I NEVER order again. The workers didn't try helping her at all and were extremely unhelpful . They kept Questioning my daughter various times about the situation after explained. Very lazy and unhelpful staff don't waste your time going to this location . They wont do anything but treat you horribly.

My mother ordered a ring from this location and the order came through with no ring in the box . I contacted customer service multiple times and still no hold of anyone . So I went to the location she placed the order. Cynthia and her co worker were extremely unhelpful when i tried explaining the situation to them . They kept telling me I had to contact customer service again when they tried contacting customer service Cynthia kept explaining my situation adding “ I’m not sure if it’s entirely true “. Thinking i’m lying?!! . Pandora just scammed my mother’s money and not even a simple refund or email back is UNBELIEVABLE.

Staff is completely unprofessional. I called to see if they had a bracelet in stock and the girl that answered was extremely rude! She told me no other locations had the bracelet in stock and was being disrespectful. Then called Jersey gardens a minute later and they said they had it . Clearly she lied for whatever reason or was too lazy to even check .

Omg the sales women here are so cold,we stood there for so long ,no hello,can we help you ?there was three sales women and they all ignored me and my husband,it was like we were invisible,they went back and forth no words,who hired these women?Pandora hire better people.This women’s doesn’t look happy working there.we went there to make a big purchase but they failed us,before I left I told the women we were standing there for a while and no one ask if we need help and she sarcastically said oh love you have to wait,with a very dirty look.So so disappointed,if anyone is looking up at this store don’t waste your time going there,your going to be so disappointed.

I’m waiting to be helped out by a representative. As she aimlessly stares at me and around the store like there’s nothing to do and I’m not standing there. Then when I asked if anyone works here she asked if I needed help. Pretends like she is doing something and continues to look at me. This is beyond oblivious! Really do not plan to come back here!

On the 4th of July, I walked into the store and I asked the lady at the register if she can clean my bracelet and she had a very nasty attitude. After she cleans my bracelet she leaves it completely wet and says anything else? In willowbrook they are so nice, but clearly at GSP they are not!

I was there yesterday , customer service is awful , I didn’t know that I couldn’t try the earings that I wanted to buy but next to me was a lady trying to put it on her necklaces, when I asked why she told me because my ears could be dirty ? her name is Cynthia , she was so rude with other employee , bad experience there.

I just recently visited this Pandora store and I have to say I had an amazing experience. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store with all smiles! I was buying gifts both for my mother and in-law for Mothers day, I wasn't sure what to get but the Store Manager helped me through the whole process. She was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. I was able to get two very different but perfect gifts for them. I would highly recommend coming to this Pandora! Can't wait to come back again for the next holiday!!
