Everything went smooth and went home with the 2022 Chevy Traverse Lt. Alex was phenomenal and so was the finance manager. My pre approval loan from Bank of America was accepted without a problem and they got all of their money upfront.

Terrible experience with this showroom, me and my family spend arnd 5 hours on a weekend, and finally agreed upon a deal. They pulled my credit and said, will do the remaining proceedings later next day since its too late.
when I came back on the next day, all the numbers changed totally, and they added another 90$ on to the agreed price. After spending 5 hours, I walked away from the showroom with only frustrations on my mind.
I will never visit this showroom.

Really straight forward people got right down to business NO pressure at ALL Friendly staff. I would've like perk or incentive BUT I found the truck I was looking for AND the price was spot on. THANX PARAMUS CHEVEROLET.

MY WIFE WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE. SHE THOUGHT THAT HER CAR WHICH ONLY HAD 30,000 + MILES SHE WOULD NEVER SEE A CHARGE OF $850.00+. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT CARS MUST BE MAINTAINED IF THEY AFRE GOING TO LAST. SHE IS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE TOTAL BILL.

The pleasant experience does not end with the purchase. The service advisors (Nuno, John, Jim, Darnell, Chris), the valets, and of course all the mechanics continue to impress right through to checkout along with Diana and Kasey. Diana recently reminded me to check the my Chevrolet app for points to see if perhaps there were points to apply to the the invoice. There was enough to cover the total charges...nice surprise. Thank you Diana!
