I'm rarely unsatisfied with the service at Paramus Chevrolet. The staff is always friendly and helpful & my car is serviced with no complaints whatsoever. The only problem I had was when I dropped off my car the night before my appointment there were no drop box envelopes for me to leave my key fab; I had to return bright & EARLY the next morning as my appointment was at 7:15AM

I brought my truck in around 11am for an oil change/tire rotation and an engine light. I waited in waiting room until work was done which was around 3pm so about 4 hours. Honestly the most annoying thing for me is years ago you guys push the GM credit on everyone and I got one. Not only do you want people these ridiculous bills but now you want us to pay a 3% fee for using the Credit Card you guys forcefully advertise everywhere in the dealership. Might be time to find another dealership that doesn't charge CC fees on top of the high bills you already have to pay. It's a shame because I really liked coming here I'm just tired of getting nickel and dimed everwhere.

The entire sales experience was a no-pressure, friendly, and informative one. All the personnel at Paramus Chevrolet, especially our sales consultant Joe Lubnewski, took extra time to get us comfortable with the purchase process, to answer all of our questions, and to clarify any items that weren't completely clear. That we were treated like valued clients was something of special value to us. Based on those experiences, I wouldn't hesitate to point anyone looking to purchase a car in the direction of Paramus Chevrolet.

Esteban was the very best salesman he helped me get out of a lease I came to buy and got me into a new refreshed vehicle for the right price. Strongly recommend you ask for him when you go here. 10/10 service.

Esteban !!! The best cars sales man out there. For a first time buyer he made me feel so comfortable. All the questions i asked he knew. The whole staff honestly was amazing and help me out in anyway they could.

I was offered NO option for the repair on my 2014 Camaro. Since being told what was needed to be done, I've learned from two differnt mechanics that they could have just replaced the backup light bulb, instead of the whole unit... Of course, it was already ordered so now I have no choice. Replacing the bulb, should have been less than half the price I'm being charged for the part ordered!! I'm an elderly woman, on a fixed income. This comes as a burden for me. My son called to speak to the gentleman that took care of me, and was told he was unavailable. He left him a message, and got no response.. I now know better for the next time I have a problem with my car... Sorry

LOVE my new Blazer 3LT. Paramus Chevrolet was super professional and answered all my questions substantively. Follow up was great too. Karla Echeverria, our sales professional, was masterful- responsive, detail oriented and went to bat for us on pricing/ financing. Best dealer experience we ever had!

Today I purchased and drove away with my new 2023 Z71 Colorado I've dealt with this dealership many times and I deal with Andy Soltis who I believe is the best at what he does selling vehicles. He tells the truth when he is going through the functions of the vehicle he takes his time so you understand how to operate the vehicle. You can not go wrong dealing with Andy.

So, this happened today. I purchased my new truck on August 29th 2023. Now being that I am from New York and not New Jersey the dealership is unable to provide me license plates OR a real NYS registration. Instead, I kept my own plates and the dealership would retrieve the vehicles registration and advise me when it comes in. The temporary plate given to me expires September 27th (today). Now I am off from work and figured I would go to the dealership and pick it up but prudence demands that I call first. So here we go....I pressed "0" for the operator, Operator answers. I tell her that I am looking to get my registration for my car, she asks my name and phone number which I provide. She then transfers me to "service"? Diane (I think her name was Diane) asks how she can help me. I ask for my vehicles registration. She puts me on hold for a few minutes and when she returns, she says "your plates aren't in", to which I reply I know.. I have them, I need my registration and my temp plate expires today. She then proceeds to tell me how sorry she is to which I reply "yes, I know you're sorry, can I speak to a manager?" Silence then the sound of a line transfer. A few minutes later a woman picks up and says " I am sorry, we don't have your plates yet to which I say I don't need plates I already have them, I need the registration. Placed on hold again. She comes back on and says that nobody is here to help me and that I should come tomorrow to see if I can be helped (I Work tomorrow and I would have to drive a truck with an illegal plate...into New Jersey). So I say "let's make a deal?" To which she reply's "Sir I am only the receptionist, I can't make deals" To which I say "then why am I talking to you?" and hang the phone up. Now before you think I was rude know this.. I was. And second just as an FYI my deal was actually quite beneficial and would have stopped this review so the least she (the receptionist) should have done is listened before interrupting. Paramus Chevy charges $20.00 to send you the registration. I was going to suggest they not charge me and just send me the registration when it comes. I could have lived with that.Did you ever hope that someone would actually listen to the phone calls for training purposes?So, there you have it.....................

GM WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS UNLESS SOME CORUPT POLITICIANS BAIL THEM OUT AGAIN. low life rip off sales team and employees, I ordered a Blazer EV in August of 2022 was supposed to be in by summer of 2023....not a chance so I canceled online and was told to call the dealership 2 months later and many calls and I'm still getting the runaround to get back the refundable deposit. BUY A TESLA, BUY A TESLA, PLEASE BUY A TESLA MADE IN United States IT TOOK 10 MINUTES ONLINE AND 10 MINUTES ON DELIVERY DAY TO GET MY MODEL Y MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE AND SUPERIOR IN MANY WAYS OVER ANYTHING GM HAS TO OFFER!!!!!!! IF I WORKED FOR GM I WOULD BE RUNNING TO TESLA FOR A JOB RIGHT NOW.

Had some good conversations with the staff in all the departments. Please pass this along to the designers of GM and Chevy. I will gladly trade my 2016 Traverse, if you can design a 3rd row Pick up truck. I know it's almost impossible, but who knows what can happen in our Future.......
