What an amazing experience with their service department. I've had an unknown issue with my car shaking intensely for years. I finally brought it to the right people to get it looked at.Annie what absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly and patient. She went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on and was such a sweetheart !!#weloveannie

A great experience. Ed Santiago was out salesman. Went over everything with regard to the car. A true pleasure to work with. Jessie Lopez completed the sale and explained everything to us with regard to the fees etc. Brian Gombocz was our finance manager. He went over the numbers which was fast and easy. The whole team is a pleasure to work with. Would recommend them.

Horrible experience, and exaggerated prices. NO sympathy at all.-My personal advice after this experience (if a place charges you 400 dollars to check your car, run away.) -I'm a college student and full-time healthcare worker, and I haven't had the chance to write about my experience until now, so here we go:I came here a couple months ago to have fixed a stolen catalytic repair on one of my cars. The salesperson woman told me that they would deal with the insurance by themselves and not worry about it.Four days later, I got a call from the Paramus dealer telling me that I have to take my car back because the insurance didn't want to pay for their repair.Turns out, this dealership was asking for the MOST ABSURD amount of money (4000 dollars) to complete the repair, on top of that their labor per hour is 50 dollars over the average in the area totaling over 200 an hour.I had to pay around 1300 dollars just to have my car sitting around their parking lot. 400 to have them checked, and the rest for "storage". I ended up having it repaired somewhere else for 750 dollars and it works wonders.The rep that helped me was Anna; I understand that there is a business to maintain, but this, is just ridiculous. I'm never coming back to this place, neither will recommend it to my cohort.Once I'm done with school I'll buy a new car anywhere else. I'd rather even drive all the way down to Florida rather than having to deal with these people anymore.

I see from the recent reviews that the service department is just as bad as the last time I was there.I took a brand new Santa Fe to have the door handle and wireless charger looked at after I noticed in the first few weeks of use that they were not working properly. My first interaction with the manager Vivian was her scolding me for not buying the car from Paramus Hyundai and I should take it back to place I got it from. She wouldn’t commit to the issues being covered under warranty and if after inspecting they find out I somehow caused the damage that I would be charged. Then she calls and tells me a new door handle would have to be ordered under warranty and door panel was already taken apart so she can’t release the car as it’s unsafe to drive. They wouldn’t give me a loaner and said to rent a Hyundai from enterprise and corporate would reimburse.When I picked up car I saw right away that the parts of the car they messed with were all damaged from careless handling. I brought it to Vivian’s attention right away and she said that I probably brought my 3 week old car like that. Then I noticed that it was the only door that didn’t lock/unlock with the key fob. She still wouldn’t take responsibility for what was clearly the tech’s fault and said she would speak to a manager to see if they would fix.I spent the next few days emailing and calling the number they post in every bad review hoping to speak to the general manager about the horrible way in which this Vivian lady treated me. I was assured that a different manager would address my concerns but then I would get a call from Vivian saying what is this nonsense I’m emailing, that she already says she’s going to fix the damage. But she continues to be unprofessional when I express concern that she said she is going to see what car she can take the damaged door panel from to replace mine with. She said “I t’s not your problem where I get it from as long as it’s replaced”.She seems like such a hateful person that I decided to cut my losses and not deal with that dealership or service department any more, thinking she’d probably sabotage something else on my car out of spite.To make matters worse I spent 360 on a 6 day rental and when I contacted corporate they would only reimburse 25 per day smh. I said they should consider the reason I had to rent and cover everything but their response was they don’t have much say into how a dealership operates.

Was told Ioniq 5's need brake fluid flush service every 24k miles. Couldn't access manual ad it was in my car. Checked manual afterwards and called Hyundai USA to confirm what I read in my manual: service is only required every 60k miles. Wanted to charge me 410 twice: once to pull the DTC I told them I had, and again to diagnose the cause. Neither of these payments would apply to any service that would occur after diagnosis.

The salesman told us he only made 75 dollars on each sale. He was only interested in pushing a sale. Went to Mahwah dealership, they showed the car to me, no push. I bought it.

My husband and I recently purchased a car here with the help of Iggi Barreto. He was very helpful, patient, and most importantly honest. We both felt very confident in the decision we made and Iggi was a huge aid in that. He walked us through the different trims of the Tucson and was detailed with everything. We never felt pushed or overly influenced by Iggi which was refreshing compared to our experiences at different dealerships. Overall, Iggi made it an easy choice for us and we couldn't be happier with the car we got! Thank you, Iggi, and the rest of the Paramus Hyundai staff!

Great experience with this dealership!! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. In particular Brandon, Brian and Rocco made the process quick and easy. Even after purchasing the vehicle, the customer service remained excellent when I called for follow-up questions. I highly recommend this dealership!

I am writing this review specifically because of my excellent experience with my Sales person!!!If it wasn’t for Stevin I probably wouldn’t have ever bought my Palisade. His communication is exactly what made everything happened. He listened to everything I was telling him and what I needed. He has great customer service and made me feel comfortable talking to him. I asked Stevin multiple questions and never once did he make me feel like he was annoyed at me like most people make you feel, so thank you! I requested for him to call me and update me about vehicles coming in and he most certainly did which I was not expecting because a lot of dealerships don't call you even if they say they will. Stevin was wonderful and if you're going to Paramus Hyundai I highly recommend you talk to him you will be happy. Thank you for helping me with my new Palisade.

For one thing, STOP CHARGING 400$ to see if a repair is under warranty! My car is a 2022 Hyundai Tucson PHEV Limited with 9k miles. Hyundai corporate does NOT reimburse this fee and they were even dumbfounded about why you would even charge it! The first time I paid it because it was an emergency, then when you FAILED to fix the problem and I had to have it towed back a week later you wanted to charge me again??? Additionally the first time I was given a free loaner car, whenI brought it back for the same issue now you want me to pay daily for a loaner? I honestly feel you have no morals.These people are the worst of scam artists. Any positive reviews I am sure are biased / paid for. When asked for paperwork showing their charge policies stated above they stated (verbatim) "it's not a written down policy it's just something we do sometimes". That should tell you all you need to know about this location.

Truthfully, do not waste your time or money with this scam of a business they call a car dealership. Do not go there if you are a woman. They are completely unresponsive, unhelpful, and very rude to customers. They should be ashamed of themselves that they run such an unprofessional "business". I am completely in shock they let such incompetent people work here. As I already wasted my money and cannot go back in time, I advise you to rethink your decision of ever stepping foot in this terribly run scam by thieves.

I had been shopping for a vehicle for about 3 months and i visited several dealers in Bergen. What i found appealing was how quick Kevin introduced himself and was very thorough with the answers to my questions.I will recommend all my friends and family to get their next ride.

My son is almost 17 and about to get his license, so we needed another car. We had looked online and at several other dealerships before coming to Hyundai of Paramus. Even though we were clear that we weren’t buying that day, Stevin took the time to show us around, answer our questions and ask questions himself to help us get to the best model for my son’s preferences as well as our budget. We’ve always liked Hyundais (we’ve had four in our household in the past), but the care that Stevin took to get to know Stephen really impressed us. After visiting a few more dealerships, he decided that the Tuscon was one of his top choices, so we went back for a test drive. Again, Stevin was awesome, and we left that evening just needing to figure out the financing options. We picked up the car two days later. That day, the whole staff was great, and we couldn’t be happier with the car or the experience. All things being equal, the two makes of cars he was choosing from were pretty equal… but Stevin was really the deciding factor. I would always recommend a Hyundai, but if you’re able, go to Hyundai of Paramus!
