I have been a long time customer at this establishment. My family has filled their prescriptions here for years with a minimal amount of issues. I had called the pharmacy 3 weeks back and was told I had never frequented this establishment, therefore there was no record of me in the system. (which is impossible since I have been filling here for years) I called back again and was met with a nasty attitude and told I was "wrong" because I had never stepped foot in this establishment. I had my mother call (who has been also filling here for years) and the prescription had been found alongside my records. My father went to go pick up said prescription this morning (12/21), Mike (the main pharmacist) informed him he never had a prescription for me and didn't have anything. I then called back to see what this issue was and was told they had the prescription all along and was given a nasty attitude and hung up on multiple times. This business is clearly incompetent and has an issue with the younger generation who frequents this establishment. Safe to say, no one I know will be back here and I will be contacting the BBB as well as the local town.

I made the Mistake of switching to this pharmacy. My doctor called in a prescription yesterday. Pharmacist said he’d get back to me. Never called. I called today, he never listened to the doctors message, because he played it while I was on the phone. He didn’t have the medication in stock. He said he’d order it and get back to me. I told him I’d be fine with the generic, which he mispronounced. Hours go by, he calls back and says the medication is “hundreds of dollars “ but for me, he’ll take 100 dollars. I found a coupon on good Rx for 35 dollars. I tell him and he yells at me and said i don’t take coupons. And he hung up. Stay far away from this hell hole!

Seriously the best honest caring pharmacist. Had an extremely stressful time with CVS and called Paramus Pharmacy explained the situation and he helped us with such patience and kindness.

Great service, when my baby had bad eczema they were giving such a nice kind advices before any serious medication. Really love this place anytime I need to get any prescription filled.

Great mom and pop pharmacy. Definitely go here if possible. They do everything in their power to make sure you get what you need (and if not will refer competitors!). They offer free local delivery which is something most places do not offer. Definitely go here and support a local business

If you're going here for COVID test don't!! I know 6 people that went here on 12/22 and still don't have the results back! The lab they use, Avantic Medical Lab has terrible customer service & don't even care when you call or why it's needed. This pharmacy might be good for other things but definitely NOT covid related!!!

I agreed with someone comments about PCR test for Covid. I never get results since two weeks for Covid and not happy!

I went for a COVID test on 12/22/21 and my wife was tested on 12/23/21 at Paramus Pharmacy. A large sign in the front window states "next day results". A small handwritten sign states that the results come back in 72 hours and the person performing the test told me that results will be back in four days. The test was done outside and then brought inside and placed on the floor with a copy of of my insurance and ID. I started calling the pharmacy on 12/28/21 inquiring about my results. After several days of phone calls, I was given the phone number to the lab where my test was to be processed. Each day I was told that my results would be in "by end of business tomorrow". On 12/31/21, I returned to the pharmacy inquiring about my results. The pharmacist informed me that he could not find me in the system and suggested I call the lab again. I called the lab again only to be told that they have my test in the freezer, but, it had not been processed and didn't know when it would be. On 1/4/22 I called the lab again. This time I was told that they didn't have my insurance information or where the test was done. After providing the information, I was told I would get results "by the end of business today". As of the date of this review (1/5/22), neither my wife nor I have gotten results. HORRIBLE!

Helpful Pharmacy staff they're wonderful people it's a family-owned a real experience wonderful people nothing like a CVS or Walgreens no waiting in large lines it's an incredible experience I enjoy going there a few times a month
