I love the Pearle Vision located at 556 Route 17 North, Paramus, NJ. I have been going there for about 20 years, and the service is absolutely amazing. All the workers (doctor's office & eyeglass dept) are always so friendly and helpful!!! They make you feel like family. My first eye doctor was Dr. Auerbacher, and I absolutely loved him!!! Then, I had Dr. Fraser, and she was great!!! My new doctor is Dr. Z., and I just saw her once for my last visit a week or so ago. She was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Pearle Vision for your eye care and eyewear needs!!!

So happy Perle Vision is still in business!!! Excellent service and such nice caring people! I went in for eyeglass repair and they were so fast and fixed them properly. I even fell in love with glasses there and will definitely be going back to buy! Great place!!!! Made my day!!

Everyone was very nice and I felt they all were good at their jobs. The only problem I have with them is that they are not up front on costs. Since I had a hidden charge sprung on me last time, I told the receptionist that I did not want anything done in the exam that was not covered by my insurance. When I got done they said I owed $49. I was really annoyed. He said it was for the retinal imaging. I replied that I told you I did not want anything done that I had to pay for, as I had been at an Optometrist the day before. They waived the fee, but I think the should inform you if they are going to do things not covered by insurance. I will go elsewhere next time.

Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Z and she was thorough. Brenda was amazing and patient with me while teaching me how to put in contacts lol. I would definitely recommend and glad I went ?

I love going to this location; everyone is extremely friendly from the staff to the doctor. I saw Dr. Z and she was very thorough, patient, and explained everything to me I needed to know. For example, she told me/is having me try a different brand of contacts than I normally wear and instead of purchasing them, she wants me to try them for a week before making a decision. The staff I worked with after the appointment even knew I was not ordering the contacts right away and said it was no problem. I feel that another place would have forced me to make the purchase there without listening to my concerns or giving me time to think. I would recommend this location to anyone, especially Dr. Z.

This office is wonderful. I first visited 3 years ago upon learning that they had a retina camera which eliminates dilation. The opticians are extremely knowledgeable and patient, and I've been very happy with my frames and maintenance.

Staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. Service was pretty quick. My only criticism is that 2 times while he was involved helping us another customer came into the store, he immediately left us and went over to help them for several minutes rather than saying something like “welcome, I’ll be with you shortly .” The new customers could see that he was working with us. Or calling to another store rep to take care of them. It was annoying.
