Absolutely The Best Experience I’ve ever had with a pet supply store ?. As a new client I walked in First the Nanuet location which was great also and signed for the coupons and perks. Then this Evening went to the local pet smart near me in Paramus because I needed to buy nail clippers for my cat . While I was there I was asking my questions and I was told to ask for “ George “ well that in itself was when all the PLUSES began ++++ George being a dog person helped me with my Cat the entire time from the fitting of the right size Vest / Harness and leash for my cat. Truly a wonderful Experience… this store has definitely got me as a client . I absolutely look for to returning to the store. Thank you George and Megan you Both were amazing !!!!

Worst place to take your puppy to get a grooming. First of all they judged us the second we walked into the store. So I already knew it was going to be a disaster. Not even ten mins into the appointment they called me stating my puppy is aggressive and biting. My puppy has been to multiple grooming salons yet never did one person ever complain about my puppy. They stated we can’t service Teddy anymore and sent him home half shaved. Mind you it was a weekend and couldn’t get another groomer to take care of him till Monday. So poor thing was walking around half shaved and second side as a lion. They are tremendous rude. First thing they said when I walked in is do you even take care of him. Today I took him to a different petsmart and they saw their notes. MINDDDDDDDD YOUUUU HE HAD ZEROOOO PROBLEMS WITH TODAYS APPOINTMENT NO COMPLAINTS FROM THE GROOMERS AND LITERALLY TOLD ME I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY WROTE ALL THESE NOTES ON HIM WHEN HES THE SWEETEST PUPPY AND GIVEN US NO PROBLEMS MIND YOU IT WAS HIS FIRST TIME IN THIS SALON. So if you love your puppy keep them away from this place

Waited about 30 minutes to be helped with a bearded dragon because the staff doesn't talk to each other to get help. Then 4 people showed up all together to help. The store manager needs to train their staff to communicate or be on the floor helping

Like all pet stores, they didn't have the main reason for stopping there. I was looking for a dog cot to replace one which became flimsy, but like all other places, only had beds and crates. Also, I was somewhere close and that is why I stopped in. I'll stick to the ones close to me.
