AVOID THIS BODY SHOP. UNPROFESSIONAL SAD EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS. The insurance company gave them a certain number of days to complete my vehicle and for some reason they didn’t complete my vehicle on time. This caused me to pay 6 days of my rental out of pocket, $204, for absolutely no reason. MIND YOU MY VEHICLE WAS NOT COMPLETE THOSE 6 DAYS AND WAS STILL AT THE BODY SHOP. When I told them to refund me for the 6 days they blamed the insurance company and said they should be paying for it, we can’t approve this. If my vehicle was complete and I hadn’t returned the rental, I wouldn’t have a problem paying for it. But this is a complete joke. Having a customer pay the price for your slack and lack of professionalism and responsibility. STAY AWAY FROM THIS “BUSINESS”.

Stopped by this morning for an estimate on my Tesla Model Y. Matt was super kind and reassuring. He told me the estimated wait time for parts and service. Also, the quality of the work in the shop looks really good. Can’t wait for them to work on my car.

My insurance recommended them for my repair needs. (Tesla Model 3 underbody damage) They responded very quickly and professionally. They also emailed me when there was progress made or when there was a part they were waiting for. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Please avoid this place at any cost. Especially, Tesla owners. I will list out my issues in another comment. 1) On the day of pick up after fixing the car, they informed me Roof Glass was broken \u0026 they said it's part of the accident, which was a clear Lie. 2) And they asked me to come next time to drop the car to fix the glass, again on the day of dropping they informed me that glass was not available to fix. I made around 20 calls to just get updates. Worst place. Please avoid.

My car had an accident in July. I immediately filed a claim with the insurance company and got an estimate from the body shop. But they didn't start fixing my car until October and three weeks later, they didn't fix it perfectly. They ordered the wrong part twice and my car is still waiting for the part. The rental period covered by the insurance company has already passed. They didn't tell me the exact date and place to pick up the car, so I went to Inglewood to pick up, but the car was in Paramus, so I picked it up the next day.

I booked an appointment one month out and they rebooked me near my scheduled appointment for another 1.5 weeks when I was starting a new job. Had the told me they were overbooked from the beginning I would have just went elsewhere. On top of that their customer service (Karen L.) is super rude and just a terrible attitude with no remorse or effort to help rectify the situation.Things happen but the way Karen goes about it is just something else!Service: Body & Trim

Worst costumer support ever there timelines are off like crazy car has been in this place for over 3 months and still haven’t gotten it back and on top of that they created a dent on my car and that one dent it taking them 1 month to fix just really back and this is of August 2022. About to fill a complaint to Tesla to get them removed cause they definitely don’t deserve to repair a car like that. Of any of you have had issue please reply so we can make the case stronger.

They continue to disappoint. We have been waiting for our car for over a month. There are no updates or emails about what they are doing. The fender had a minor dent no bigger than my hand! It is unlikely that I will go back. They stated 2 weeks to complete and it has been over a month. They also requested a deposit to order the parts in advance. We are still waiting for paint that is on back order. It is a huge inconvenience. Never thought I would be without my car for over a month!

I went to Prestige after another shop quoted me an outrageous price to repair a scratch. Prestige's price was one third of the previous quote. Then they charged me exactly what they quoted me, and the repair is undetectable. 100% satisfied, would recommend to anyone.Services: Painting

Not very happy with the work done on my Tesla mode Y. This is a “certified Tesla dealer” but after the first time in the shop the trunk became diss aligned and I was told by an employee at prestige that teslas come like this from the factory. I visited a Tesla dealership to see for myself and that is simply not true. The other two times I brought the car in I had emphasized that there was damage done to the trunk once again and pointed it out to 2 different people at the shop and various scratches, because I figured if the car is in the shop might as well take care of all in the imperfections, right? No, that’s not the case here. They will keep your car for about a month and do the absolute minimal work on your car. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you have a nice car and want body work done right, don’t bring it here.

I went to this place bec it was recommended by MB Paramus. My car has a small dent on the chrome bumper, I came to pick up my car and noticed sratches and dents on the paint and plastic bumper obviously made more scratches from replacing my chrome bumper, and scratches on the tail of the car. I brought it to the attention of Tony (manager) and he checked it with Swavik (idk if I spelled his name correctly) they assessed the car and in my face they were saying "they're not sure if they caused the scratches" I have a picture of evidence showing that my car is clean other than the small dent in chrome bumper when I brought it in for them to fix. Anyway, they agreed to fix it coz I fought for it they told me they will call me in two weeks, no call received, I called their office after 3 weeks to follow up if they're ready to fix the car, they said okay bring it in. I brought it in, they fix the car in two days, I came to pick it up, now my car has new scratches on the right and left wheel plastic molding, I called Tony to voiced out my frustration I was so upset, seems like just bec I complain and they are obligated to fix the car with the scratches they caused, I felt like being sabotaged, new scratches whenever I pick my car up. Tony who is always annoyed even if he try to hide it, told me that "I always blame them for scratches and they are tired of fixing my car for free" Just wow!! They caused the scratches and blaming the customer of trying to get a free service! what a very accusatory behavioy! the scratches weren't there when I brought my car in. He said he will look at it and he will decide if they will fix it or no. I find it scary to bring my car back in, bec I felt like they will cause more harm than good, felt not safe to be in their service again. He called me today to follow up if I am bringing the car back in for him to assess, I'm tired of wasting my time with them. Never again to this place.Services: Painting

Prestige collision seems to be a real class act. the place is clean. I felt super comfortable leaving my car there. the staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Diana at the front desk was very helpful and informative. She was able to respond to all my questions. When I called for info, they got right back to me. Very professional outfit!
