Just had my blood test in this facility for the first time. It was the least painful (painless) experience in my 10 years of getting blood tests in hospitals etc. Rubber band tightening was rubbing my skin a bit (not a big deal) . Overall it was perfect.Touch screen check-in was simple and efficient. I scheduled the appointment on my phone around 9:30 and had test at 11:30.I only wish there were bigger and clearer signs to (currently it's just board on the first floor with multiple Doctors, Offices and Quest Diagnostics closer to the end i missed at first and thought i got wrong address)

I am disheartened by the level of unprofessionalism encountered during my recent visit. Typically, I refrain from sharing negative feedback online, but the treatment I experienced has compelled me to express my concerns. As a first-time out-of-pocket patient, I was quoted $800 for three tests, a stark contrast to the $300 quoted by a Quest corporate representative in a prior conversation. Seeking transparency, I requested a cost breakdown for each test to better understand the significant discrepancy. Unfortunately, my inquiries were ignored- the technician stating, "I don't know, I just draw the blood," and suggesting without confirmation that the cost of the Quantiferon test had increased. In an attempt to manage costs, I opted to proceed with only two of the three tests, omitting the Quantiferon test. Regrettably, this decision was met with notable displeasure from the staff, despite my polite apologies for any inconvenience caused. Following the re-entry of information, I was provided with a revised total of nearly $600 for the two tests. The staff's response turned increasingly rude when I persisted in requesting individual cost breakdowns for each test, with expressions of frustration and the declaration, "I'm not inputting this again, do you want the tests or not?"Given the staff's disrespectful behavior and their failure to provide essential information, I made the decision not to proceed with the labs. I strongly advise against choosing this facility for medical needs and respectfully request Quest management to investigate the conduct of the staff on November 28th at 3 pm at this location.

Great location. We went in for some blood work for our 9 month old and Desiree was very gentle with his draw. He did not feel a thing and sat smiling through the whole process. We had an appointment and we are in/out in 20 minutes. Recommended!

Love this place, I use often and they are very professional, no anxiety during appointments. Just wish they had a phone number they would answer. I have a situation where I needed to speak to them

If I could give this place no stars I would , very unprofessional. With or without an appointment you’re still waiting a very long time to be seen. I’ll never come back to a quest diagnostics. Honestly only came here because my employer sent me. Better off going to lab corp

Hands down the most amazing Quest Diagnostic ever. The waiting room is sunny and pleasant even though you have to check in via the tablet. What really makes a difference are the people that work there. They would come up and call the patients name - and both ladies were so nice, patient and friendly. I went an hour earlier (dont recommend that as they keep a tight schedule - make sure that you register online before you go) and were seen close to my appt time which is fine.I am SUPER afraid of needles and drawing blood having trauma growing up in a country where the government doctors and nurses could not care where they draw blood - as long as they draw blood. I was very apprehensive about the blood drawing process even after painless procedures - the thought of drawing blood always makes me sick.Myeshia - one of the lady took me in to draw blood. The room is spacious, sunny and the big window face the creek which was really pleasant. The chair was placed beside the window, so I can just look outside the window with trees and water (and squirrels) and be calm. Myeshia was SO accomodating - she is very kind and patient and just let me talk and rambles on and on cause I was nervous. She was very caring and gentle and she is really an expert in drawing blood because all I feel was a scratch and it was over. I could not thank her enough for accomodating my idiosyncranies and fear. I did not get a chance to meet the other lady - but just like Myeshia - she always come out the door and call the patient in cheerfully. Both of them are really amazing. I will be coming back next time to get my blood test. Words cannot express my gratitude for how wonderful Myeshia is. Thank you so much. Hugs

Elevator was broken. Had to check in via kiosk only. No actual human help or interaction. The signage was poor so several people were confused in the waiting areaHowever once in the back the service was stellar. Clean, polite, professional.

This review is for all the nervous nellies/ tricky vein people out there. I have severe needle anxiety combined with rolling/ ghost veins . I’m a very hard stick even while hydrated and whatever other prep work I could possibly do to make my veins visible and juicy. Desiree is an absolute professional. She has drawn my blood twice , both times with one stick. She is patient, kind and very pleasant to be around. I appreciate her listening to me when I explained which arm was my good arm and didn’t go fishing for something she thought looked good, like other phlebotomists have done in other locations. For anybody who is nervous, had bad experiences in the past, is a hard stick, ask for Desiree. The facility itself has ample parking, easy to find, clean and bright. The check in process is an iPad, there is no actual person letting you know what is happening. Your name will pop up on the TV and when it’s your turn someone will come call your name out. Total time including wait time and paperwork ( if you have any) is around 15-20 min.

This place has terribly snippy staff. I saw a couple people in the waiting area struggling with check in. There is only an iPad, no person can help or check you in. When you knock on the door staff is doing you a huge favor to help you. They talk down to the nicest people. Like the man who was trying to scan his QR code for an appointment for his special needs son. He took so much attitude and just thanked the rude staff in return. Quest you need to do better!

I have used this location 3 times the past two or so years.Easy to make appointment online, but they also take walk-ins.Great location about 1 block off Route 17.Clean & well set up.The waiting room has a kiosk for Check-In ( again with appt or for walk-in)Have your Driver's License ready (& if you are using Insurance, that card too.)The kiosk scans these cards. Check In takes only a few minutes. The,staff gets patients InOut FAST!!I have "hard to find" veins. I run into painful issues sometimes.BUT here we are 3 for 3 for perfect blood work extraction. Highly recommended!!

The service was great, the location is inside the building on the third floor using the elevator room 301. You need to schedule an appointment through their website Quest Diagnostic ahead of time before you come in! Check-in using the tablet that you’re going to see once you come in using the QR code provided on the email you receive after you make the appointment.
