Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. I would have never spent money and time at this place. When something goes wrong no one is able to assist and that itself is a red flag for buyer be aware. Do not buy and patronize this location or any for that matter until they value customers money and time. They also dont live up to any standards of quality anymore.

I placed an order for furniture back in the begining of August, and when it finally arrived, it came damaged(which is also frustrating considering we waited 6-8 weeks). We were told they would reorder and replace it which I appreciated at first but that’s when the real problems started.
Since then, I’ve been given three different delivery dates, each one pushed back. Now they’re telling me it won’t ship until November 21, which is 3 months after my original order which is absolutely unacceptable at this point!
To make matters worse, after all this inconvenience and waiting, the only thing they offered was free delivery. That’s hardly enough to make up for the amount of time, frustration, and lack of transparency we’ve dealt with.
It’s been nothing but a runaround and constant delays. Considering this is baby furniture that we have been waiting on, this has been extremely disappointing. I expected better from Raymour at how reputable they are.
At this point, I just want what I paid for — without excuses. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to wait months and deal with a lot of frustration!

First delivery never took place because there was a “glitch in the system.” And we were rescheduled for a week later. Now tonight I just watched the delivery driver drive away and cancel our delivery and ignored our calls. I am beyond upset and disappointed. First and last time, would never use Raymour again after this experience. Been over a week without a couch because we moved ours out for delivery and I have a 1 year old at home. So unacceptable.

I received a damaged loveseat that has a small hole in it and the sofa is not leveled. I called the store twice and emailed with pictures. Still no response. I only had this furniture for less than two weeks. I didn’t notice the rip between the seats. Not happy. This is a brand new set. That rip on leather will get worse with usage.

Jose was super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our furniture purchase! He took the time to answer all our questions, made great recommendations, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated his patience and professionalism — highly recommend working with him!

Literally only help from the store was being charged for my items. Never received delivery the date it was set up for. Picked up, delivered and assembled my own items. Still missing 1 pc. which they can't figure out how to deliver it to me and now I'm planning on getting that item myself as well. They don't follow up, nor have an idea of what is happening until its already an issue.

My salesman Adrien was a pleasure to deal with.
Very easy going and wasn’t pushy but made sure I was aware of my options. I had 2 places I was going to purchase my sectional couch from and I selected here because of Adrien.

I’ve been a Raymour & Flanigan customer for a long time, however this was my first online order - and never again will I order something from them online! While I completely understand that I choose the items, and that I choose the wrong sized box spring for a new bed (right size bed, just wrong height), I used the chat function to have a person help me as I couldn’t figure out how to get the mattresses and bed frame delivered at the same time. There was no recommendation that I was maybe picking the wrong height box spring. I contacted customer service the morning after the delivery as while I thought it might be too high, I also thought it would be ok - after the first nights use - it wasn’t what I wanted. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do - and to buy a new box spring would now cost an additional $600 as I don’t qualify for free delivery now. I understand that it’s completely my fault - and there is nothing wrong with anything, delivery was quick and easy - flawless, but I will never order anything online from them again! Buyer be ware!!
