Everyone was very nice in this store! Gabby in particular was soo helpful and patiently brought me bra after bra until we found the right fit. Highly recommend if you are looking for help with finding the right fit.

I was going to purchase a PJ that it was at the cashier what l was still looking around. Then l was waiting at the cashier to pay, the cashier lady was charging another lady when one of the sales girl came in, told me to move because l was in the middle and she was going to charge another Lady. l thought that was very rude l was waiting first. l left the place did not purchase anything. Went on line and bought another one at a better price. There Customer Service is very poor.

I want to mention that, I love this store and products but I spent about 30 min trying to find some things for me, but nobody even bothered to ask what I am looking for, all those 30 min 3 people were talking, talking and talking to each other . I hate that when I am walking in to the store not even simple Hi, can I help you?

I am gonna say, it wasn't too pleasant to come to this location. I did my purchase online to be picked up here, I usually go to the one in the Westfield Garden State Plaza. I should'vestuck to them.As soon as I walked in, there's this lady with Light hair that gives me the side eye. She doesn't even say anything (greeting) until I get to the register and make the line. She goes and asks, “Are you returning?” I am holding a package! I was actually picking up!.As I’m waiting, I go and look around, she comes back mumbling something about my order since I was supposed to pick it up last saturday and again doesn't say anything to make aware she is back with it. I Happened to look back and noticed she had handed my order to the young lady at the register, very nice, polite and friendly I should say. I wish I got the name of the lady behind the register. She was awesome!Unfortunately the blond lady is the reason why I would not be back!

Loved dealing with Tammy she was awesome ! Never been a customer at Soma before but will continue to shop at the Paramus Park store which by the was was so clean and organized. All the staff were super welcoming but I had the luck of the drawn and had Tammy helping me she was so great, helpful, professional and listened to my issues than found me the perfect bras! Tammy is a asset to the company and deserved a big shout out sheis keeper for sure. I'll be back. TY :)

I went into Soma today after having a horrible experience at WOB. Felicia was an absolute sweetheart. She made me feel comfortable and had an enjoyable experience. It’s nice to know there is a place to go for Bra shopping where the staff is friendly, helpful and kind. Anyone that needs a bra and a good one, go to Soma at Paramus Park Mall, don’t go to WOB!!

The sales associate was pleasant but a bit distracted by other customers. I continue to shop there since I love a particular style of there panties. I am quite particular about my undergarment and simply love their modern high leg vanishing edge briefsSexy and extraordinarycomfortable!

Young Employees all on their phones talking about their personal lives....They gave me another customer's receipt at my last visit and told me I would be refunded $ which never appeared on my account (because it wasn't mine). When I went back to ask why it didn't appear not knowing it wasn't supposed to, they gave me an attitude and dismissed me, told me to call customer service and they couldn’t help even though their employee made me the mistake. Then, when I asked them to call being that it was their employee's mistake, they realized it was another customers receipt they gave me instead of mine with an attitude and gave me the correct receipt instead. It's not about the f$ $ I don't need it. It's about the fact that I received No apology for the confusion or inconvenience caused and that turns you off from stepping foot into that store again.
