Today is Tuesday went to this location because my online order sent me a pair of slides both a different size. I work in this mall so I did my exchange here . Julie and Anna was fantastic ❤️Thank you Julie for making my online exchange pain free since I was shipped two different size sliders ? i recommend this GSP Steve Madden location because Julie and Anna are beautiful and friendly and cares about the consumer. Rochelle (I apologize if I spelt the name wrong) was amazing and super helpful. Not only did she assist in helping me find exactly what I wanted but she was helpful and offered ideas, solutions and opinions when needed. She made my shopping experience easy, I didn't feel rushed and she helped me every step of the way. I really appreciate everything she did. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had the confidence to get the shoes I really wanted. I also get so many compliments on as well! Will be sending my friends her way, for any shoe needs lol Thank you!

Walked on The store literally no hello, no welcome 3 associates just stood there at the register, store is literally 15x10 not big at all I wondered look at shows not even a how can I help. Applaud by the no contact service no way I would spend my money in there. Ask for the nearest other store and associates with glasses says there’s no other store I say is there a Steve Madden in willowbrook mall then she says yes but no anywhere esle here. Literally getting paid just to stand not leading with service

No customer service, no pleasant wokers (3 of them) I felt unwelcomed. Not even a fake smile upon entry to the store, as if she was about to start a fight, she was so mean and unfriendly. I will never step foot in any business which does not care for my patronage, I will continue shopping online, avoid frustration and save on gas

I went in and found a pair of boots I wanted no one greeted or asked if I needed help. I found a pair and my son was being fussy so I asked them to grab the pair I wanted, gave them my name and asked them to Keep it behind the register and I’ll be back. When I came back the boot I wanted was not on display anymore because I wanted to show my husband so I went up to the register to ask for the boots. There was a long wait because someone had an issue which I understand but no apology or sense of urgency or friendliness at all. This place made me want to leave ASAP. Finally get to the register give my name and tell them the boots are being held and the girl couldn’t find them behind the register and I really couldnt show them which ones because the display was gone Then one other girl remembered me and said that so and so (I forgot the girls name) was “helping me” so they go and get her. I see her walk from the back and take the boots out of someone’s hand who was about to try them on and just bring them up to the register to ring me with not a word about it but the price when I had to pay. She didn’t even look at me let alone thank me. I felt so uncomfortable at the store and the experience and the energy was just terrible. I’ll go elsewhere from now on
