I have always loved Swarovski products, cause all of the items are so nice and sparkly, decided to make a stop here cause they had a couple of Disney jewelry pieces and earrings that I liked, it's a cute store, small, quaint, the salesperson was helpful, would definitely recommend this store if anyone is interested in buying cute little trinkets...

I took a very expensive SCS membership piece here (worth over $5k) for a minor repair a year ago. They told me they would ship to the official repair center to fix and it should not be a problem. About 6-8 weeks later I was informed that the piece was extensively damaged at some point during the repair process. At this unfortunate news I had assumed they would make right by the situation and have the piece fully repaired or otherwise compensate me since they were fully responsible for this damage to a piece I had entrusted them with. Instead I received a run around for close to a year afterwards and ultimately just received a box containing my ruined piece in pieces. I am beyond devastated by this experience not only for the substantial loss in money but the complete disrespect shown to me and my wife and the complete lack of accountability shown by this store and company.

I really really enjoy this jewelry but every store that I've stopped in thus far are very racist. Jersey Garden & in Paramus they were very unhelpful, had I not purchased my first set on a cruise I wouldn'tve supported this store.
