We had a wonderful experience at the Swarovski store in Garden State Plaza. Serena assisted us, and she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. We were looking for special gifts for a bride and groom — a bracelet and a pair of cuffs — and Serena guided us with great care, offering excellent suggestions and advice. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and thanks to her help we found the perfect pieces. Truly outstanding service, highly recommend asking for Serena when you visit!

Paramus Garden State mall basement level.
My wifes earring back broke. They ordered her a brand new set..not just the broken back. I received the new pair in 2 days. Top notch job !

Absolutely terrible customer service. They look down upon you and follow you around the store like if you are trying to take something. I was there with my friends to buy some jewelry for an upcoming wedding, will never go there again and much spend my money.

I had bought two Matrix tennis bracelets from the same location about $500. the one I bought in the end of July the clasp broke in October after only wearing it about 5 times. I brought it back and they had Exchanged it for a new one. After just two wears the same thing happened and I decided to go back. The older lady (assuming shift manager) was called to assist with this problem... I was taken back when my 16 year old brother pointed out how RUDE and SARCASTIC the lady was being towards me on my concerns. She was talking to me like I was an idiot. All she did to resolve my issue was stick her nasty finger nail between the clasp that hooks the bracelet and gave it back to me and when I asked what happens next time it falls off and I don't realize it all she did was smirk and shrugged her shoulders.. I WOULD STAY FAR AWAY FROM GSP LOCATION!!!

It's so interesting about the level of customer service you get when you come in the store and don't look like you have money. I came into the store dressed in my work clothes kind of bum looking as I work Outdoors but yet no one asked if they could help me and I stood there and I stood there with the white woman at the counter just looking at me awkwardly while she took care of other customers. To their surprise I was there to pick up almost a $500 watch that was a gift for someone. Never judge a book by its cover
