I was there today & absolutely positively have to acknowledge Thomas. He is the epitome of customer service. You don't see employees of his quality these days. I was an retail HR mgr for yrs, so I really appreciate his attributes: polite, considerate, professional, attentive, knowledgeable and OH WHAT A KIND GENTLEMAN! THANK YOU SO MUCH, THOMAS...T-MOBILE, be thankful you have him & pls send kudos his way.

I had a problem with a new phone I purchased with swapping my old sim card from my phone. The corporate store, here in Paramus, solved my issue. The manager was extremely professional as well was his associates They solved the issue. We are a business account and it is very important to have seamless working phones. Thank you for your service and troubleshooting our problem. Our store will work with yours.

Dishonest. Bought a buy one get free iPhone. Was told we can switch back to metro. Now t mobile corporate is charging us for both phones. Seems to me the employee lied just to make a sale.Update 3/7/2023. I emailed the store manager, who posted below, and he still has not found a solution for me. I think he may be trying to ignore me until I go away.

When you have 4 representatives Dan, rob and two others, telling you they will resolve the issue you are having trouble with and having the wrong information on your account and nothing gets done. You must ask what this T-Moble team is doing. I resolved the issue on the phone in less than 30 minutes while I spent 12 hours, yes 12 hours at the store with the T-Moble representatives giving me the run around. What a terrible experience when there is an issue and everyone looks at each other and no one seems to make the effort to try to fix it. I am considering switching to the the competition. There is no excuse for the lack of knowledge, customer service, or appreciation for a customer's time at this Paramus T-Moble store. Also please do not respond to this review with a copy and paste answer that I've seen on other negative reviews on this site. I would prefer you stayed quiet.

Walked up at 6:15pm. As I'm reaching for the door the worker locked the door and pulled the security gate down. Stores hours clearly state 8pm.

I am giving this t mobile store at 636 route 17 N in Paramus NJ one star because the service from sales person JOSH is horrible. (They refused to give me his last name) I waited a half hour, which is fine and understandable and then JOSH started helping me. JOSH was helping me for 10 minutes and we were waiting for a computer to use when another customer asked JOSH for help. JOSH said I am helping me but customer insisted and now JOSH was helping him. I was dumbfounded I said to JOSH he was rude and all he did was walk away from me in the middle of helping me buy a new phone! As I walked out the door a salesperson Shivan said she would help me after seeing and hearing the entire thing. Shivan even said something to JOSH about being rude and to me and it appeared he didn't care. JOSH picked the wrong person, I am calling his manager Dan Conrad tomorrow and have already contacted t-mobile corporate and filed a complaint! JOSH was rude and disrespectful!

My review is on the T-Mobile store that if you blink you would miss it on the corner in Paramus by the Benjamin Franklin paint store. I was directed there because the T-Mobile store on route 4 West in Paramus didn't have another phone to replace the one I had bought a week earlier which was malfunctioning I bought an economical smartphone a week prior and within days I was having trouble with it I called the store and let her know because it was over the weekend and I was away of what the problem was and that I'd be coming in when I went in the following week I was waiting for her she was with a customer another gentleman that work there came over to me and told me that she would be busy for an hour and he was busy for at least an hour and there was another customer in front of me , he didn't you seem very professional and cut off the conversation I was trying to have with the young lady that I had bought the phone from the week prior who was very helpful I'm very professional he basically. If they had the phone in stock when she could have at least checked to see which he didn't, not helpful not professional not willing to go not even the extra mile but the extra yard 2 set me in the right direction.
