Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by Ricky. I explained what I was looking to do and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable with me in helping me make the right choice in finding the right phone at the right price. I had problems with a previous phone I had that needed to be unlocked but he was extremely helpful in helping me resolve the issue.

I came into the store upset about my phone situation. Needless to say I needed a chill pill, but Saman handled me with such kindness even when I was in desperate need of patience. She not only was able to better explain, she helped solve my problem completely. She made sure to make me feel like all my questions were important. I would recommend this store to anyone. Saman is a savor!!!!!
