I went to this T-Mobile because it was open past 8:00 which was convenient. The two gentlemen on the floor were busy with other customers and it was three people waiting finally somebody came out from the back lady with black hair and she was not very friendly or patience more so rushing me through our conversation dismissing my information on what was wrong and why it happened a second time? She spoke patronizingly to me about the repair which took her about a minute or 45 seconds. It seemed like some professionalism could have been exhibited instead of the attitude that I should have known and figured it at myself. Not a pleasant feeling when I left felt rushed and dismissed, not the customer service I was expecting or have received in the past from other T-Mobile's in the area over the years.

Huge thank you to the team and most specifically Carlos. I came in with a broken phone issue and he was super helpful in getting me in contact with insurance. I couldn't turn my phone on, so he swapped out my SIM card so I cold use a different device to file my claim. He was also very helpful in answering my questions about potential upgrades, etc. I came in frustrated with a broken phone, and left feeling better, and with a solution. now THAT is customer service!

The staff at the Bergen Town Center T-Mobile (Paramus #9788) are the 'Dream Team' of Customer Service! ???Savannah, with the beautiful blue hair, ?♀️ is a wonderful example of what superior customer service should be. ? She's patient, knowledgeable, kind, and was able to help me get my phone working again. I was in good hands. Woo Hoo! ???In addition, Savannah is surrounded by awesome team members (Joe, Sally, Gabriel, and AJ) who are very supportive, knowledgeable, and are a lot of fun! Me and my daughter had such a good time! ????I highly recommend visiting this T-Mobile for all of your mobile phone needs. I will definitely visit again. ?????

came in to upgrade my phone, AJ was my rep, he was very helpful in activating my phone and making sure everything transferred to the new one, best part is he was able to resolve and account issue i had been having for months that tech support couldn't even fix.

I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store, thanks to AJ’s exceptional assistance. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. AJ’s product knowledge and willingness to help were truly remarkable.He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and recommended the perfect plan and device for me. Throughout the process, he demonstrated patience and professionalism, making the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. I will be back!

I came to this store because it's the closest to my house to return the trade in that your customer service had suggested for me to do.When I came in, there was an associate that was standing around and I immediately approached her to let her know I'm returning a trade in that customer told me I can drop off at any location.She said that she can print the labels for me and I can ship it myself. So what's the point of customers service to tell me that I can go to any location if they are only going to do the same this I could have done online at the comfort of my own home.I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and this is one of the few times I went into an actual brick and mortar store and I must say now I understand why customers like me would rather deal with customer service online. The people in this store are nasty. They only want to help people that want to get a new phone

I’ve been to this location numerous Times only do to the fact that it is the closes location to ma and I’ve come across the store manager KELVIN and he is very rude and has made ro many fauls promises regarding any issues or credit . I have only come across two different represtives who were very nice and catering to my needs as a customer which were Rafael and Savannah . Thank you both for your services and your kind treament .

Was there Saturday evening on the 16th of September. Lady called Savannah (no name tag but I saw her name elsewhere.) I ended up ordering a new phone but she seemed more interested in texting on her phone and checking her car status. Best part? She ordered a charger with the phone without telling me. Guessing she really needs the commission who knows. The staff here seem nice but be weary.

Horrible customer service - I was locked out of my phone so I went to this location to get "proof of purchase" to take to Samsung. I was told they don't have a printer so they couldn't print it, and then the representative said I can take a picture of it off of his tablet (remember...my phone was LOCKED). Well, I went to Samsung who sent me back to T-Mobile, because I needed the proof, and then the same guy at T-Mobile proceeded to tell me to call 611 (REMEMBER.... my phone was LOCKED!). I will never go back because the worker was so insensitive and lacked professionalism. It felt like he couldn't even be bothered with me.

they don't greet when a customer enters the store, they don't take your turn and they serve other people who entered before oneself. I waited about 1 hour for them to attend me. It was a lady call savanna .supposedly she didn't see me come in into the store and didn't apologize.

We had our best in store experience here! The guys are awesome, work tirelessly, and they make sure that all is well for the customers. Great customer experience, and T-Mobile is lucky to have these bunch of great employees! Cheers!

Would not recommend coming to this store. The manager is shady as hell and can't keep his word. They will never call you back if you leave your info and the reps will lie and tell you the manager is always doing something else. The 1 star reviews are for a reason. Terribly conducted business.
