The staff was super friendly and helpful. My iPhone 12 Pro fell in water and the next day it wouldn’t charge anymore so I had to get a new phone ASAP. They made the unexpected upgrade transition seamless and also gave me helpful tips regarding T mobile coverage and Apple Care coverage that I didn’t know about before. I was out of the store in less than 1 hour (I backed up via iCloud prior to heading to the store). I called the other store near Bergen County and they were all out of stock of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and this was the only store that had availability (I got the last one in stock that day). Thank you to everyone! I definitely recommend to come here and will be back for future visits!

Anna was great! she spent time with my son and went over the phone options. We went over the different plans that tmobile has. She was amazing. The only reason I am upset is that I have been with tmobile for over 20 years. I never get any upgrades without changing my plan and spending more money for the plan. It should be for all plans, not the new plans. Plus the return phone was $200 and now it dropped down to $100. Thinking about switching

Customer service was great talked me through the next steps to mail my old phone back. Very polite and didn’t make me feel as if I was bothering them like Elmwood park t-mobile.

Don’t come here they care more about sales than giving you a good deal. Only found out about the promos after I switched over which I could no longer take. Shame on the guy who signed me up. Better luck in another store.

I had a delightful experience today at the store. Brayelin and Rodrigo, two of the Smartphone Experts, helped me greatly with my smartphone's hardware. They were patient and easygoing, and provided gracious service with a smile. You are in good hands with them!!

This is the T-Mobile store to go to in Bergen County. I worked with Mike and he is energetic and left no stone unturned. Make sure you book an appointment with Mike. And then the manager Dan provided solutions-based oversight when needed. That's why I go there.

I recently changed to TMobile and everytime I come into this store specifically, I get everything I need done! All the experts are knowledgeable and super helpful. They give you advice on best options for mobile, add ons and home internet. Always walk away feeling better about changing to T-Mobile.

t mobile sucks, their service sucks. charged me over 1000$ for service I had for less then 2 days because coverage was absolutely horrible. I would NEVER do business with t-mobile ever again......STAY AWAY
