I don’t live around Paramus but I had to go to TD bank. The manger Tim is so rude and condescending. I do a lot of banking with TD and he should be reported. Totally unprofessional. Will never go to that branch again. I would withdraw all money if I had to use that branch on an everyday basis

Wonderful experience. Went in needing to replace a lost debit card and buy forex and Eliana, the teller manager, could not have been nicer or more helpful. Addressed all my needs effectively and clearly outlined every step of the process. And sent me home with some hand sani for my trip abroad!

Staff lacks any knowledge. Account manager wastes your time, tells you they will call you once something is ready and never call. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time coming to this branch. They make TD Bank look terrible.

Literally just use any other bank in the entire world.This place is the definition of the failure to adapt to a new world. In order to even step into the bank during the “pandemic”, you have to text a number, and wait in a virtual line. I am here waiting, with two other people, noone is going in, and somehow I am number 5 still after 30 minutes. Screw this place, TD Bank is absolute garbage. How can I go to Costco or IKEA with 1,000 other people but cannot step into the bank like a normal person?

America's most convient bank. HUH? Try calling , minimum of 20 minutes on hold. During the virus they cut way back on their hours and only the drive ins are open. With one person working. I guess they cut their staff to make more profits. Waits are excruciating. They suck

This TD has the worst service of all TD Banks in the area. The manager (Timothy) has an excuse for everything. The employees are always changing, and the general policies of the bank are enforced randomly. They are always short staffed and have very limited knowledge of their products and policies. Although I live less than 2 minutes from this bank, I will take the time to go to the Maywood, Fair Lawn or other Paramus branch.

My dad was locked out of his account. Customer service was of no help, they insisted he had to come down to the bank (he's 91 and there's snow on the ground). We called the branch and Tim, the branch manager actually came to the community to take care of it. I am truly impressed with him!

I’ve been banking with TD for 4+ years my experiences have always been pleasant besides when I have to bank here. I had a talk with the bank manager today because I feel like this branch is profiling me, I went through the drive thru ATM to deposit a cash transaction today a little over $9,000. I’ve done this in the past at other TD branches with no issues. Regardless of my transaction amount at this branch they always ask for my social security and ID to “file paperwork” no other branch does this to me in NJ or NY. I normally go inside to conduct my transactions however a previous incident with the curly hair heavy set lady made me very uncomfortable her personality is almost unwelcoming with a side of what scam are you trying to pull today. After reading some of the reviews I see this is business as usual for them, but I will be following up with corporate.
