We purchased 3 Metro Shelf units for our new garage! We had them in our old garage and we love them! Very sturdy. We included the feet to protect the new floor! Two staff members accompanied us to our truck to assist loading them. They were very heavy and the boxes said they required 2 people to move them safely! We had a great experience and were very pleased! 😀

The staff is very careless about ‘customer experience’. Both the manager and their cashier was very aggressive about not wanting to help me at all during my purchase.
I was using Apple Pay, and my phone died. I asked for them to connect it to any charger- they said no in such a short way- as a customer I felt it was not necessary. Both women.
Of course it takes a man, who was also an employee of the store, take me in front of them to offer me his own charger and told me he’d help me charge it. Both him and I agreed at that moment that women just don’t like women. It’s sad how that works. I came in clean, polite, and ready to shop. There was no reason for the lack of service. Especially from the two people who are at the forefront of customer service.
Thanks to the man who helped, I was able to go back and make that purchase- as much as I should have left completely.
I have never in my life heard of a place that wasn’t ‘allowed’ to help a customer with a purchase at this level. It’s free to be kind.

While recently assisting my son moving into his new apartment we frequented The Container Store, Paramus and always find exactly what we needed (and more). In addition, on some occasions, we placed online order for pick up. This option is super convenient and efficient. The team members are excellent. Helpful, informative and friendly. On two separate instances we required more specific assistance and we want to give a special shout out to MARY BETH and DAVID. Thank you for the fantastic customer service, time, attention and resolutions.
