She pointed me in the direction of exactly what I was looking for and not only just showed me, but helped me pick out cute cases! I had an excellent experience with this phone fixing company. From start to finish, they impressed me with their professionalism and expertise. The team was quick to diagnose and fix the issue with my phone. Especially Burcu was great help throughout it all, she answered all my questions and even gave me some tips on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Very disappointed, went here because the back of my phone was cracked .. that was fixed however i noticed when I received my phone back one of the lenses looked weird, like there was maybe extra glue in it? i asked for them to fix it but they couldn't and then told me that I must have damaged it. Turns out it was the lens for the flash so now my flash light doesn't work nor does the flash for the camera work when it was working perfectly up until I left the phone with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here

Excellent service, staff was super friendly and very professional. I took 3 devices and they were ready in under 2 hours, great news for my 2 year old! I have never experienced such great service, on top of all that their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place.

Go to them. Alpay fixed my phone in less than an hour. Reasonable price. If you book on their website they give you an estimate. They respond fast and they’re very kind. Even asked me to check my phone to make sure It was working before I left. My go to from now on.
