We Enjoy coming to this location of Lego store. They have so many different items displayed to see what they look like once they put together. They had a wonderful variety of Lego pens that I have been looking for. The staff is very friendly and helpful in finding what we needed. Also very organized and clean.

Came in september 29th afternoon to window shop and left buying a whole bunch of lego sets and even creating ourselves as lego characters. Staff was really kind and patient when we were building our characters, Didn’t feel like they were ontop of me on my back the whole time so i didn’t feel rushed. The environment was actually pretty welcoming. We got a free/complimentsry spooky set for spending a certain amount, cute little ghost. Overall enjoyed this experience thank you!!

Your typical Lego shop.
Lots of choices, get something to build. That's what one customer whom I saw b-line to the back for the Death Star. It's quite a big box, and promptly brought it to the counter for payment; staff suggested to register for membership as they'll earn like $40 just on that one item.

Excellent store and staff! The kids enjoyed an in-store scavenger hunt and got a little extra surprise from the team for a birthday. Chris is incredibly helpful and kind. The kids think he's Santa on summer break! In fact, he just might be!

The staff is a bit meh.
Not bad but also not the most welcoming.
They have a few staff members that we really love but the rest if pretty low average.

UPDATE. I was contacted by a lego representative, took my information and never heard from them again. Lego is just another company who puts profits before customer satisfaction, even tho it was thier error.l The markup on thier plastic is huge, for the sake of thier dollars they won't make the customer whole or right. Amazon is the exact same price, that is where I will go from now on. I was belittled and berated by the store supervisor after trying to buy a clearly mispriced toy. They acknowledged it was not priced correctly but I was humiliated by the supervisor in front of my family and customers. I am on a limited budget but I don't need that humiliation by a young woman like that. All three employees acknowledged the error but refused to sell it at the posted price. Shame on Lego.

I went into the store just to walk around, and had some loose boxed shoes I was carrying from another store. Ariana without me even asking gave me a big bag to put them in. I really appreciate that she did that for me.

LOVE this LEGO Store. My family always has a good experience. The employees are obviously passionate about helping the collectors (and talking shop) as well as ushering in new kids to the craft. Paula is the best! A Lego store staple, the make-a-minifigure kiosk is so much fun for all ages and the pick-a-piece wall is always fun to check out for new pieces. This store is a must-stop-shop on any trip to the mall. Always well-lit, well-stocked, and well-staffed. Makes the American Dream store feel depressing in comparison.
