ALYSSA at the paper store was incredibly helpful. I knew this would be a great store for bulk gift shopping. However I needed some direction with what to get for my kids teachers and Alyssa came to the rescue! Super knowledgeable on sales and made wonderful suggestions.

I spent a little under $100 on a few items, which I don’t mind doing so as I do like their products. As I was paying I was told by the man cashing me out, that they were out of bags with the exception of small bags and the really large bags. My comment was, with the price of the products in the store….you would think that bags are always available. His response, “Macys and many other stores in NJ do not give bags out anymore” funny because prior to shopping in the paper store I had been to Macys and walked out with a paper bag….so I walked out with my purchases some in a tiny bag and other in my hand…I open my car door and yep!! They all fell to the ground.I get if I’m not expecting a bag or the option to pay I will choose to take my own..but to be expected to pay their high prices and carry out without. Bag…. Bye paper store

PROS: Their quality, the neatness, and most importantly their nice staff is what keeps me coming in here. They are a Hallmark branch and carry all of their products. This is one store I would not walk past CONS: Everything tends to be overpriced even for it's good quality and they never seem to get anything new in the store OVERALL: If you're the type of person that likes souvenirs and gift ideas come to this store if you don't mind paying the price

This isn't a store for paper products, as the name implies. Good for Squishmallows and other toys for kids, in addition to pre-printed cards.

I have to admit that I have never actually purchased anything here yet! But I have walked through the store many many times, and the staff has helped me many many times! Coming here is a secret trick of mine. Parking close to an entrance is sometimes difficult at this mall, but parking in front of here has NEVER been an issue! Super easy in and out! The store is beautiful! Tons of very very thoughtful gifts that changed seasonally. Christmas time, half their store is filled with really cute Christmas items. They also have a very very nice Hanukkah section. Basically if you need anything that is tied to a season or a holiday, this is the place to get it. Is it expensive? Eh, yes, but they are usually high quality items. Can you get that snow globe for 5.99 on amazon? Yes, but this one is much nicer, sturdier, larger, etc lol! This is a Hallmark store +! Hallmark stores used to dedicate part of their stores to things like Precious Moments and items like that, then during their transition to the Paper Store, more of the store is dedicated to items over cards. They still have the BEST selection of cards available!!!!!!! The store is jam packed with items for EVERY season. They are always very very nice items for sale. Coming through with a baby stroller is a tad bit difficult, but doable! Staff is always very very very friendly! They greet you with a smile and a welcoming hello! As I mentioned before we have never purchased items here sadly, but when we tried to buy ornaments this past Christmas, the employees were beyond helpful. Sadly we had to purchase online, because the ones we wanted weren't in stores... The only other time that we wanted to purchase something, sadly the line was 8 people deep, and the card and book we wanted was no worth the wait. All in all, a very very cute store. Yes it is slightly pricier, but they only sell top quality items. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Because no one parks outside, if the line is short, its a quick in and out.

The way they treat customers is the worst. I bought cute newborn socks to give as a Christmas gift. While I was wrapping it up, I realized that I paid $8.99 when the tag says $6.99. I had no choice but gift the sock, and thought that if I took a picture of the receipt, it will be okay. But, boy was I wrong, for $2 bucks, they made me feel like I was getting back $200 bucks. One of the manager was just totally giving me the eye and telling me that they can’t do anything at all since I didn’t have anything. I mean, if she just said in a nice tone, it would have been okay.. I knew that it was my fault for not checking it when buying the item. But the way she was talking without even an apology, I felt like I was being scolded. I guess it was my fault trusting the store to have the right pricing. I should have double checked. It was one of my favorite store to look around in, but I guess I will never be back in there. Honestly, everything in the store is over priced too. So, make sure to look for the same item elsewhere first.
