I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the phone call I received from my father (65 years old) this morning was honestly sad. He went to return a shirt that was damaged after it was dry cleaned. We made a report to the store and they were great enough to offer store credit as long as we brought the shirt in with receipt.He went in for store credit and the manager was upset we didn’t go the same day as the report and was very rude. Once he received credit he went to get other shirts. One shirt on the tag said 49.50 but rang up as $55. They wouldn’t honor the price that was on the shirt. They charged him the $55 instead of the price in the tag because a mistake.This is honestly unacceptable and poor customer service on this store to not honor the price on the tag and be horribly rude to my father.Customer service is key and if you want people to return to your store then you should provide great customer service especially for the amount we spend at this store. Horribly handled and will NOT return to this store.

Customer service is always on point. They always have some finds with new styles. Over the boxy logo and print heavy stuff that dominates the selection but it's worth swinging by once a quarter

Sharp and colorful selection of high quality sports and beach style clothing. Like all high quality clothing it's a bit pricey. Nicely laid out and interesting store. Attentive, but low pressure sales staff. Love the yaht stern checkout counter.

Nice store, but terrible return/exchange policy. I purchased a $120 sweater from them (among many other items) and after 2-3 washes it started to come apart on the sides. I tried to get a replacement, but they wouldn't help because I lost my receipt (who keeps receipts?) and they deleted my customer profile out of their sysyem. Out of the norm for Tommy Bahama. I called Tommy Bahama online and said they would be able to help if I ordered online, but since I ordered in store I would have to go there for help. Do yourself a favor and order online, where Tommy Bahama stands behind their products & return/exchange policy and you can always find an email confirmation for proof of purchase. I buy Tommy Bahama for their high quality products and great return policy.

It's one of the best shops to shop for cruise wear. The sales people are friendly and not pushy. The prices can be little expensive. They do have a good selection of apparel for women and men along with other accessories that are great for traveling.
