Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at Tous in Garden State Plaza last evening. A lovely sales rep by the name of Julie ordered a bracelet for me. I stopped by to pick it up. My misfortune began when I realized Julie was not there. The other employees totally ignored me and I believe spoke negatively about me in their language. I asked for help but they proceeded to carry on private conversations with others, laughing, drinking and eating small plates they offered to other customers and their friends. There was no remorse or apology. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. Shame on Tous for their poor customer service. I am a long time Tous costumer, even purchasing from a store in Spain while on vacation. I imagine not too many people have the funds to purchase high end jewelry in this tough economy. I finally asked a woman who I thought worked there for help, thinking she would be nicer. Well she informed me she did not work there in a nice way. She was standing at the counter handling jewelry and going in the back where inventory is kept, she told me she was a friend of the sales girl running her mouth non-stop. Watch out Tous be carful who you hire, but that also was unethical. A long time customer no more, I'd rather spend where I am appreciated.

I definitely read all the comments and I think that I am not the only client who has had several problems with returns. I have never seen that one cannot return jewelry because one has to keep it. The customer service is terrible. There are some Dominican women, especially one named Amelia. They mistreated me a lot when I returned a steel and gold bracelet because I had an allergy in my hand. I called my colleagues to a room to express bad things about me to all of them. person who told me not to pay attention because he saw how upset Amelia was. Julie was a very polite and respectful lady.

Strongly discourage shopping here! Purchased a pendant, and tried to return it due to a defect, but Marisa, the salesperson, rudely refused, citing it as a sale item during a 15% off promotion. This, coupled with her unhelpful demeanor, reflects consistently poor customer service. The undisclosed return policy and insistence on an exchange for an equal or greater item without refunding any balance left me frustrated. For a better shopping experience, explore alternative options and avoid this store.

It is the best Tous store I have ever visited. Amelia and Neila are the best as is Jenny. I recommend them ? they always help the customer and satisfaction is guaranteed. I have been a customer for many years and even when I am in PR I call them to make my purchases.

I’ve been shopping at this location for many years. I love their unique and quality jewelry pieces. Since the beginning my sales rep has been Jenny. She has gotten to know me as a client and knows what to recommend based on my likes. It’s always a pleasure to shop with Jenny. I dont feel pushed instead I feel like she is really trying to help me find a jewelry piece that I would love wearing for the rest of my life and pass on to my daughter. I’ve never had to return anything but if I need any repairs is never a problem.

The two Dominican’s salespeople at the Tous Paramus store are consistently rude and nasty. They over price all the jewelry base on you looks, is not the first time that experience their negative attitude.

I like this store but I don't like the store staff, they are people who serve you very badly. Before there was a woman named Jessica and she served very well. But this time I was assisted by other people who, from the moment I entered the store, saw me from head to toe and began to secrete and say things. two of them I don't want to say where they are from because then they say that someone discriminates against them but I was the one who was discriminated against because they saw me badly and I went to change something and they behaved very badly they told me that it couldn't be changed because why? I had a discount. But if I had gift tickets, it's supposed to be possible because they got very annoying and didn't change anything for me
