Top notch service. I brought in my bag to have the handle repaired, which broke after over 5 years of bringing my carryon around the world. Conrad was very professional and was able to replace the handle within 5 minutes. Appreciate the prompt service. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Jordan the sales associate. He was very knowledgeable of the product line and helped me pick out the perfect bag for my wife’s birthday present. I would certainly shop there again, as I need to grab a new backpack for myself.
