SLOW service! It took 30 plus minutes to check out on a Monday? Get more registers. Ugg corporate update your system it can’t possibly be this slow to process peoples exchanges, returns and refunds?

Did not know how to add military discount. Had no sizes in the shoe I wanted but didn’t offer a different shoe in the same size for fit reference. Just seemed uninterested in working. There was one girl with an exceptionally beat face (great makeup), tall towards the front that was very helpful once I encountered her. Other than that it would have been a horrible experience

Staff was incredibly unhelpful and didn't respond to me. Asked for my shoes several times until they told me that they didn't have my size.

horrible service, the girls working there are really rude. when I went to checkout I said hi she didn't reply she was always giving attitude, the manager it's the same thing she doesn't care.
