Was closed earlier. We were standing there with my kid with a few packages which were needed just to scan, with no recite. Employee were rude and yelled at us. It is not normal work with clients at all.

Nobody wants to help you in whatever you want. The supplies are extremely limited. Just assume there is only a self-service, practice to not expect anything. If you are mail anything small, you can bring your own envelope and write everything (or nothing, just in case they need you to re-write it).

I came in early this morning, 07/01/2025, and after reading all the bad reviews, I was concerned about the service. But Fred took care of me as well as of the customers that were in front of me very quickly and with a smile. I'm sure that there are a lot of other customers with good experiences too from this Post Office, unless I was VERY lucky.

I went here to get my passport paperwork after it clearly says PASSPORT WALKINS: 1:00-2:00pm thursdays and fridays and was met with rudeness by both the clerk AND manager being told they do not do walk ins when that’s what it says ONLINE. don’t come here if you plan on walking in. they are absolutely and utterly rude.

Usually the postal service does its job in Paramus. However, today I had a package sent to me from California. It reached the post office in Paramus at 3am. And then for some reason, some idiotic and unprofessional employee sent my package away from my town to Westwood. Fortunately, I was able to overcome this inexplicable move by picking the package up from the Westwood post office. Today’s actions were inexcusable and inexplicable. The “worker” who did this should be fired and ashamed of himself.

The people who work here exhibit every negative stereotype you may have about government employees.
Managers are nowhere to be found as the line snakes out the door and i had to explain to the counter person that the address on the top left of a piece of mail is where it came FROM, not where it is going.

Sent mail registered mail with return receipt on November 26, 2024 and the mail was not received. I went to the post office today, December 11,2024 and no one could give me an answer when this mail that cost $10.00 a piece would be received. They do not know how to answer questions. Supervisor is not available. Called several times and no one picks up the phone. We were better off using another service to send out this mail.
Very disappointing and dissatisfied with their service.
