“The prices are very good, but their customer service is even better. The O.G at night keeps it ? on the quality of their products. Their Smoke is off the hook, I haven't had a bad strain yet. This is definitely my new spot for Smoke and Flavors. The new owners are real personable and patient, willing to share their opinions on the good and bad qualities of various products. They don't make you feel as if they're trying to sell you on anything. I always leave satisfied with the service and quality of Smoke.”

If there's anything about the store I would say it's that the selection of thc-a related inventory should be increased and with more variety IMO as the flower and concentrate products are lacking. If there were more options and variety in terms of rosin, badder, crumble, etc instead of the same 2-3 selections I would be inclined to spend more here when I do”
“This specific puff city location is the best one out of them all. They have literally everything from tobacco, cbd, pipes, incense, cartridges, gummies, delta 8, lighters etc.
I tried other smoke shops but they cant keep up. The owners of this Puff city location are serious about this business and always have new things in stock.

“I wanted to stop smoking, so I decided to switch to vaping. I bought a pod system and salts from another store, and the experience was terrible. I wanted a flavor that was similar to disposables, and that wasn't what I received. The vape sat in a drawer, and I continued buying disposables. I always felt bad about discarding lithium batteries every few days, so I resumed my quest for something that I liked. Good Guys is the around the corner from my house, so I decided to stop in.I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was excellent! I explained what I wanted in my weird, convoluted way, yet he knew exactly what I was looking for. I respected the fact that he did not try to sell me a new vape when he easily could have; he let me know the vape I had was perfectly fine. He determined I like a sweeter nic salt, and made the perfect recommendation. I liked that he was knowledgeable and understood the products that he was selling. I have been to other stores that haven't slightest idea. This is another reason why I stuck to disposables. I couldn't find a store who knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend Good Guys, especially if you're new to vaping and need help picking out something you'll like.”
