Stop! Bothering homeowners at their homes at 7pm. No one wants your business like that, if someone is interested they will contact you. Lost respect for this company interrupting with a bang on the door during dinner in the dark.

Always had positive experience at this Verizon. My iPhone was stuck SOS mode and matthew knew the issue and resolved within a few minutes .

Verizon Wireless was the worst experience I have ever had with a cell phone Company. I had a plan with them for 9 years, got no free upgrade, no new deal, and 8 years down the road they canceled my insurance on my plan without my consent, then told me I would have to buy a new phone. They are the reason people are sick of contracts and just want a pre paid phone. If you hold on to a contract for any longer than 2 years you will not get anything afterwards. There is 0 customer loyalty. Customer Service is probably the worst customer service in the country. This place in Paramus also has a bunch of people that can only sign you up for a contract, if you need any help at all from them, they put you on a phone with a functional Verizon employee.

Great costumer service experience, definitely suggested. Best spot to get a service about transferring a line or anything else.Specially Christina and Xavier were amazing, they helped a lot with everything and even stayed after store closing to get everything done. They made everything much easier and simpler.

Alvin ended up saving the day but the first employee that tried helping me I am disgusted with and he should be relieved from his duties with the inability to help any customers. Bald head and beard is useless. His best advice “call customer service”. What’s the point of having a store if the best advice is to wait an hours on hold. He also lied directly to my face when I asked a question and later found out from the other employee it wasn’t true.

Long time customer, very disappointed in the service I received during my last visit. The sale rep talked down to me when I asked a question about my phone storage. I'm in sales myself, you never criticize your customer.

My husband and I are 83 and 77 respectively. We have health issues and my husband uses a walker. We had trouble with our connections on our new phones- changing from Consumer Cellular to Verizon. It took 5 hours at this Verizon store to fix the problems. When we’re were done they would not allow us to use the bathroom. This was not only inhumane, it caused a great problem on our part.

Terrible customer service. Came in looking into upgrading my current phone and just stood around waiting to be helped while a few associates had a nice conversation right by me. After several minutes of waiting and trying to get their attention, I just left. Complete waste of time coming here

I canceled Fio and had to return the device. But the location they have in over the phone were not the correct location to return the device. After I tried 3 places, one of them gave me the final one and I returned my device.

I lucked out getting CHRIS as my salesman/floor person. I came in with an iPhone 6 that was on its last legs. I’m not too tech savvy and don’t really like change but Chris was very patient and humorous with helping me upgrade to a device that would fit my needs and knowledge level. His manager (I don’t remember his name but he had glasses and an accent) was awesome to step in when needed. I felt like I was covered at every angle.Yes it did get crowded at one point but I thought they did a good job greeting incoming customers and adding them to the service list.The store is clean with ample parking. Rt 4 is always a hot mess so between that and the minor store delays, I suggest sticking to shopping at any time other than holidays.
