Went to the Versace store in the garden state plaza today to make a return, the woman in the store made us feel like common crimanl.
All we wanted to do was give back a bag and some jeans. Not for nothing this stuff isn’t some cheap stuff. We were told to leave. And the woman was nasty to us. If there was a way to give zero stars we would.
Came home made the return on our own online and purchased new bag.if they make a percentage they lost out.
Can’t ever go back there. When ya spending 1500 for pants and 1800 on bags you should be treated in that manner no matter how you look or are dressed. Or what you “look” like

My Rep was awesome. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and cant wait to wear them. I would have liked to see bags on sale. The place is amazing but the policy’s are awful. I had a credit and they won’t let me use it on line. I had to drive an hour to the location.

They seem rude when you walk in and ask to try things on, don’t bother coming to this Versace boutique.

I ordered this bag from Versace directly. The craftsman ship on this bag was horrific! How dare your company call it's self high end only using the highest of quality??!!! Had the bag literally 2 days and it fell apart. Michael kors has acquired the brand and clearly quality is not longer part of Versace's good name. The new j c holding company who own the two brands clearly takes advantage of its clients. The customer service was horrific! Absolutely no resolution because I wasn't famous enough or rich enough to care about! That's ok you don't know how much is in my account nor do you know the businesses I own. All I can say is STAY AWAY! Versace is not what it once was! Quality is horrendous and the way customer service treats people is unacceptable: I will never purchase again and I highly recommend you find another designer. Do better Michael Kors and JC holdings. DO BETTER!

Never order or purchase anything online if they don’t have it at the store it is a total scam and you won’t even receive your order until a week later after you pay to have it overnighted
