Excellent costumer service, this is my second time at the store, and I just love how their service the clients. Went to return a broken glass candle I had order by mail and the girl at the register was super nice and helpful in helping me choose another candle with out any issues.

I had a terrible experience at this yankee candle store. Erin was very rude to me when I came to pick up my online order. One of the scents was sold out and I asked to have it replaced while honoring the same online discounts. She was very frustrated as if i was holding up a long line but there were 2 other employees handling a very small amount of guests. When I tried to show her what she asked for she dismissed me. She was slamming keys and rolling her eyes the whole time which led to her doing the wrong thing and having to redo the transaction, which only made her more irritated. Terrible experience, will not return.

Amazing store, went in there looking for a new signature smell to use in my house that wasn't to seasonal and a worker there named Erin was an absolute delight helped me find just what I needed! She rang me up too and was so patient with me.

Got there today 1/4/22 like around 6:55 pm and the store was already closed even though it states online that they close at 8:00 pm. They refused to open the store and at least 3 other customers that were very upset also walked away. No wonder some stores are going out of business at this mall.

Since the Yankee Candle location at Garden State Plaza closed, I've been shopping at this location in Paramus Park for the last year. I love this location. It's very clean, very spacious and very welcoming. They have so many items to choose from, I could spend hours in this store. The managers and staff are always so nice, happy and so helpful. I always have fun looking and shopping around. The staff goes above and beyond to help me with my needs. I always leave very satisfied with the service I receive and the product I buy!They recently changed their hours and close at 7 pm. I was told it's because of very short staffing right now, and that's 100% understandable. In times like these, it's expected. Hopefully all business return to normal staffing and hours soon!Thank you Yankee Candle at Paramus Park for always making my experience a great one!

Poor customer service. Went in there and started looking around for a specific candle, couldn't find it. Asked the sales person if they have the lemon lavender, she directed me to look in the front, if it's not there, they're out. It would've been more helpful if she got up from her bent over leaning position on a side table and walked over to the front to assist me. It seemed really lazy and careless:.. maybe I expect too much from people...

Smaller than the usual Yankee candle they still have as much stuff in it as a normal size store. They have a nice staff base and they keep the store organized. Always a pleasure coming in here

The management team and staff are so welcoming and friendly! The store is always well stocked and the displays are breath taking! I always have a pleasant visit! I always leave in a better mood!

Absolutely dreadful manager and staff. One of the employees refuses to wear her mask properly and even giggled when I mention it’s a pandemic. I have 2 diseases and it’s incredibly unprofessional to behave this way during a pandemic. The manager did not care whatsoever, so I left. The manager is not doing her job at all.

I have not been in a Yankee Candle store in years. I usually just order from the website. The store was very clean, and everything was in order. Social distancing was enforced. I'm a sucker for a deal, so of course I got the buy one get one at half price offer. I'd definitely shop at this location again in the future.

Love this store! It's always very clean and very neat. The staff is so friendly and welcoming each time I come in. The store manager is always very helpful, as well as her staff.

I was purchasing 9 candles to use them for Christmas gifts and asked the employee at the counter to put the candles in 9 small separate shopping bags. And she said she can only give up to 5 shopping bags per transaction. I guess she was trying to sell me those Holiday gift bags which cost $3 each.So if I make 9 separate transactions for 9 individual candles, is she still giving me 5 shopping bags? I understand that Yankee Candle wants to make extra sales out of selling those holiday shopping bags but they don't realize that they could lose the entire sales. It is either that employee who does not know how to make sales or the company that does not know how to train their employees. I am very disappointed. I recommend to make seprate charges who is experiencing the same situation from this location. They don't realize that they are being charged credit card fees more if you make separate charges.
