Lord help us. Trying to buy anything in here is not for the weak. You have to hunt down the associates, that are casually on FaceTime on the selling floor during work hours, and if you ask for something from the back, and then you wait for 15 or more minutes, and ask again, you get “it takes awhile”. We all know customer service doesn’t exist at Zara, and that’s why the retention is basically a revolving door. That’s why it’s easier to shop online than in person.

Worst customer service at this location. Everyone always has an attitude and the place is a mess. Every time I go (which is hardly ever the last few months) reminds me of why I no longer shop at Zara.

Horrible experience… the company is not prioritizing customer service even though it makes billions of dollars in profit. They hire low quality staff and don’t train them. Employees do not know basic rules of decency, respect and politeness… they seem to be victims of TikTok , they are aggressive and impulsive, when talking to customethey are making rude comments as if they are in social media and not in real world..

Terrible management, many items are one-time use. Which makes them more expensive than a designer items in the end of the day.
So you get what you pay for. Think about that.
