“Stopped into Westwood Cycle earlier today looking to get some information on purchasing a new bike. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve owned a bicycle and I wanted something comfortable to ride for leisure and exercise. Met with Mark and he was awesome. “I've been to Wyckoff Cycle numerous times and I never feel rushed when asking questions, they're very knowledgeable and very helpful. I recently brought my bike in because my derailleur broke. I talked with Mike and he was great and was able to have my bike fixed the same day. Since it was an older bike, they had to replace some other parts and my bike runs better than it has in a long time. I highly recommend them.”

“Last year, my road bike broke down almost right in front of their shop. The seat post snapped, and they didn't think they had a component that would fit in stock. They searched for 10 mins and found one, installed it and adjusted it to my height at a very reasonable price. Another shop might have taken advantage of my situation and charged me a "stranded" premium, but they did not, which shows me they are caring, honest folks.”
