The store is usually stocked with what I need and mostly organized. Lines get long but there were plenty of employees today to man registers so check out was quick.”

Their in season items are always stocked and available. Back to school office items I always get, hair clips, candy, and of course fantastic balloons. This is the only Dollar Store I go to!”

“I came in today Nov 17 at 12:30. I was very busy, on the phone, and in a rush. I was the customer that is probably annoying.Jada checked out my items and was super helpful even though I was on the phone the entire time. She made sure to wrap my glass items and even stopped me on the way out to make sure I knew which bags had the glass so I didn’t break them. She was kind, helpful, and efficient.Often times when I come to dollar tree the workers can be pretty unhelpful. But today she stood out and I just wanted to make sure the owner and others knew how amazing of a worker she is.She could have easily brushed me off since I was on the phone not really giving her the time of day, but she was professional and intentional in helping me!”

“Great store get items at a cost efficient way. Why pay $5+ for a greeting card, when the recipient tossed it in the garbage pick up. Great for cleaning supplies. Staff is friendless, willing to help. They appreciate when you just say hello!Demanding an answer from the personnel does no one any good. To me, when a customer complains or is upset here the saying should be "the customer ii wrong, not right" in this store. I shop here frequently.”
