Great staff that truly cares for your pet. They don't push services that are unnecessary just to drive billings like some vets. Always make room for emergencies and help sort through pharmacy issues.

Everyone at PRAH was wonderful. From the front desk reception to the post-surgical follow-up, they genuinely cared about Max. Tricia handled the interaction and billing process with Trupanion, our pet insurance company, with persistence and grace; Erin was a fabulous tech, seeing to it that our skittish little guy stayed calm, and the medical/surgical care from Drs. Goeffrie (pre-op); Emma (dental); and Rosen (post-op) was thorough, skilled and professional throughout. These three really worked as a team! And the bottom line: Max is doing great.Highly recommend this veterinary practice.Jane Rosen

Words cannot express how grateful we are for the care our cat Sawyer received from Dr. Emma and her team. Her professionalism and kindness allowed us to bring our beautiful boy home for one more night with our family. It means more than you will ever know.

Everyone here is kind and welcoming. My dog had a surgery and I had to reschedule my visit here twice. Each time I called they knew who I was and were very understanding. They also followed up with my dog's previous vet office and surgeon office to request records. I was so impressed with this. Customer service for a first time patient was wonderful.

The people in the office staff (Laura and others) are warm and helpful. Great communication with us, both when we are there, over the phone, and in following up to check in after appointments. I also like that they submit to pet insurance company for us. Clean facility too with separate part of the waiting room for cats. Our cats see Dr. Rosen and we value her knowledge and bedside manner. We also appreciate the bedside manner of the people who assist her.

Our dog was not properly treated at Park Ridge Animal Hospital as we spent over $2,000 before finding out the cause of her sickness. Her diagnosis was never mentioned as a possible cause for her symptoms, after bringing her to this hospital three times over the course of one month. Dr. Rosenblum abruptly told us OVER THE PHONE, while our dog was still at the hospital, that our dog needed to be put down immediately. When we went to pick up our dog after her testing, Dr. Rosenblum refused to meet with us to discuss our dog's diagnosis further. This lack of communication and care is unprofessional and unethical. Please take your beloved animals somewhere else for proper care.
