I buy jeans, shorts, jackets and sweatshirts from here. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Absolutely worth the 40 minute drive for me every time.

We had a great experience at this store today. Found styles and sizes that were sold out in with other competitors, and the service was great! Bobby was very helpful and professional. We plan on making this our new go-to store for all of our outerwear needs!

Large stock and variety of scrubs which were all on sale. They can also order anything not in stock for you which is a nice service to provide. Received two free gifts with my scrub purchase which was awesome! Very friendly service. Will absolutely come here again for my next scrub purchase!

We love this Rugged Outfitters store! They always have what you need in stock and staff is helpful and friendly. We have bought many of our family favorites (Timberlands, Carhartt jackets, etc.) from this shop and will co to use to go back because of the excellent inventory, service and prices.

What an awful experience, bought a shirt on the website. Sent me the wrong shirt and nobody wants to help. Zero customer service, just leaving messages with no returned calls. I will never do business with these guys again and encourage others to do the same.

I will never buy from rugged outfitters online again. What I bought was not as shown online and customer service is a joke. I’ve left countless voicemails and nobody is there to help. Never do business with these guys online.
