We had a great experience at this store today. Found styles and sizes that were sold out in with other competitors, and the service was great! Bobby was very helpful and professional. We plan on making this our new go-to store for all of our outerwear needs!

Large stock and variety of scrubs which were all on sale. They can also order anything not in stock for you which is a nice service to provide. Received two free gifts with my scrub purchase which was awesome! Very friendly service. Will absolutely come here again for my next scrub purchase!

We love this Rugged Outfitters store! They always have what you need in stock and staff is helpful and friendly. We have bought many of our family favorites (Timberlands, Carhartt jackets, etc.) from this shop and will co to use to go back because of the excellent inventory, service and prices.

What an awful experience, bought a shirt on the website. Sent me the wrong shirt and nobody wants to help. Zero customer service, just leaving messages with no returned calls. I will never do business with these guys again and encourage others to do the same.

I will never buy from rugged outfitters online again. What I bought was not as shown online and customer service is a joke. I’ve left countless voicemails and nobody is there to help. Never do business with these guys online.

Best store I’ve ever been to that sells quality work wear. Best selection of work boots and boot accessories including Redwings. Carhartt, and Timberland. So many different types of Carhartt and Dickies pants/jeans that it took me a while to figure out what I wanted to buy. And the people working there are fantastic and very professional. I had an awesome time.

After having an unpleasant experience with a woman over the phone at the Bloomfield location. I was transferred to the Park Ridge location where I spoke to Domingo and I have to say that it was a refreshing experience. He answered my questions politely and treated me with the utmost respect. I drove an extra 6 miles to go to their location and it was worth the ride. Domingo and Luis were excellent at listening to my poor experience with the other location. They showed empathy and apologized that I had that experience. These are the kind of people that I would want representing my company. Thank you so much guys I really appreciate how I was treated.

This location has declined. Pricing is higher than it should be, boot selection is unreliable, last two carhartt zip hoodies I’ve bought have had issues. There is no sales tax, so that’s the only consistent positive here.
