Worst day care ever. The teachers simply sir and chat and waste time. They are not very active and very sluggish. No proper response to queries. Money minded. Just don't spend time and money there

Any enrolled families having issues contacting the owner? I've tried soo many times to either get a concrete date for re-opening or my deposit and pre-paid tuition back. William Spencer (owner) just does not respond.Maybe he is using COVID19 as an excuse, but he needs to communicate, tons of other schools are open. If they dont re-open, that is fine, just let the families know so that they can enroll into a different school and give them their money back!

We love the Valley School! My 2 1/2 year old started the pre-K program in September 2017. Prior to enrolling my daughter at the school I had researched many of the other schools in the area (including visiting them) and loved this school the best. I had read some of the older negative posts for the school and was a bit hesitant initially but decided to visit the school anyway because the website showed a beautiful facility and it was so close to our home. I am so glad we did! The negative posts were written years ago and must have been under a different school director/management. The new director, Heather, is wonderful and has infused the school with great programs for parents and children. My daughter's teacher (Ms. Jen) is wonderful and engaging and my daughter hugs her every morning. The school is tucked away at the end of a dead end street so there is not much traffic nearby. Also the classrooms are clean and airy and there is a strong emphasis on cleanliness. The school lunches offered are for the most part healthy and nutritional. And I am amazed that the other teachers know my daughter by name even though she is not in their classroom. There is definitely a family/close-knit community feel to the school and I so glad our daughter attends this school. Final note: compared to other schools in the area the cost is middle of the pack and reasonable.

My son, now 2 1/2, has been in the Valley School since he was 3 months old. While our needs have changed from basic infant care to a more structured "school-like" experience as he grows into a vibrant toddler, the Valley School has exceeded our expectations every step along the way. The facilities are top notch and I love the intimate atmosphere that sets Valley apart from many other "assembly line-like" daycares in the area. Just as I've enjoyed and relished in every milestone my son has hit, I feel as if the caretakers at the school have done the same. I'm shocked walking down the hallways with my son that every staff and faculty member knows his name - which I can tell her gets a kick out of as well! The front office staff are warm and friendly and encourage office drop-ins with any questions or concerns. Now under the care of the new Director, the school has really begun to hit its stride. It's always a little unnerving to leave your child with anyone that isn't you, but I feel 100% confident that I am putting my son in the right hands every day. Not to mention, the teachers fill the hallways/classrooms with photos and artwork done by the children so I always full looped into what my son has been up to. I firmly believe that his experiences at the Valley School have helped to form him into the out-going, confident, and intelligent toddler that he is today. Many times he has come home with a new vocabulary word, singing a new song, or counting higher than I thought possible due to the caring education of his teachers. It takes a village to raise a child and I am so happy that the Valley School is part of my village!

Our daughter has been at The Valley School for 6 months and from the minute I walked in for our tour, I knew it was the right place for us. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, her teachers are loving and attentive and the level of cleanliness surpasses my germaphobe standards. Now that we are expecting our second child I have no reservations about leaving my 3 month old with Ingrid and Kris.
