Horrible horrible for years!! Takes 20 minutes to make a deposit or even acknowledge you waiting in your car. Need to switch

No care for potential customers. I visited the branch on a thursday to open a business account and spoke to manager Abdu Greenidge. He took initial information and scheduled an appointment to see me on a sunday. I arrived on time and the branch was closed. Myself and other customers waited outside in the cold and no one was inside or showed up. Absolutely no regards to promises made or keeping appointments. Complete waste of my time. Adbu had both my phone and email and could have chosen to inform me that he will not be on site at any point but instead he decided to let me stay outside in the cold.

Wells Fargo isn't there for its customers, and this branch is certainly not secure. They have suggested in the past to email the Social account, but that team doesn't take action either.

They have been very helpful to me and my family. Figured they deserve a quick five stars for friendly service, even when they do not get paid any extra for it.
