“I switched over to this credit union from Bank of America when they were threatening to charge a monthly fee for using our debit cards. It annoyed me so much I decided I'd rather support a smaller, more family oriented banking institution. What I love about this credit union: -personalized service- people already know my name! -very old school- call in and they'll mail you a check -only $5.00 to open an account -my immediate family members can join -low as heck interest rates on car and personal loans -exempt from paying car loan in summer months because I'm in education What's not so convenient: -not as many ATM's available -outdated interent and bill pay services -when checking account online, transactions don't always post immediately I'm going to stick with them for a while and see if I can grow some patience while working on not being just another person who needs everything done for me at lightning speeds.”

“I was at the branch today to handle an issue with my debit card. Ms. Charlene was very helpful in explaining what the issue may have been. I remembered that someone tried to reach out to me during work hours about a suspected fraud issue with my joint account, but I forgot to call them back when I was able to. I acknowledged my fault, and inquired what I should do to correct this. She asked a Hispanic coworker, who is always very curt and sarcastic in her responses. I try not to deal with her whenever I go because she has very poor customer service skills (in my opinion). She was of no assistance in my situation, nor did she seem to care where to direct me to for assistance. Ms. Charlene had my husband use his debit card outside to see if it would work (which it did ), and she told me to call the 888 number on the back to help me out. Everyone else is great there!!!”

My experience continues to shine bright like a diamond in this branch. Today, I was assisted by Angie, one of the nicest and most professional people I have ever met. She gave me her time and exceptional service that exceeded my expectation. This gives me the incentive to stick to PNC Bank for good.
I'd like also to shed the light at Neerma, the bank manager whom I find an excellent gain to PNC. PNC definitely chose the most fit candidate for management. She's immensely loved and respected not only by her staff, but customers as well. Super nice, efficient, and professionalism.
In contrast to this, the exceptional service I have received from this branch made me regret not opening a business account since PNC existed. This is the best bank I have had since I moved to the States in 1992, and I highly recommend it.”
“After coming in to open an account and meeting the ladies working in the branch, I would never bank at another bank again. They made me feel so welcomed and explained everyone so thoroughly, I left with more knowledge than I came in with. Some things did need approval for their back office and being as though I went on a Saturday they work with a skeleton crew and I would have to wait until Monday. I was so glad I did! “About a week ago I walked into the South Amboy branch to inform them that I either misplaced or lost my wallet and needed to take appropriate action to cancel my personal and business cards. To say that I was irate is an understatement.
I was addressed by Evander, who was tasked to help me through this situation. While I was still irate (not at the bank, but myself), Evander tried to diffuse my anger, treating me delicately and compassionately, but I wasn’t having it. I just needed to solve this problem. And boy, did he ever!
He patiently assisted me in cancelling my cards and helped me activate replacements. In a matter of minutes, my issues were solved!
I want to thank Evander for his attention to my misfortune, and looked forward to returning to the branch to thank him personally.

“This is a great banking service to have right on the campus. There is an ATM here but perhaps only for account holders. The fees are reasonable but working hours are limited. As the parent of a student I can vouch for credit unions as providing better services than the major banks and unfortunately are not well known enough due to limited marketing budgets.”
