TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went for a return, the associate told me only the manager can do returns, he asked his coworker where she was, he said I don’t know what, but they realize she was gone for too long and they had no idea where she was. He turned to me and tells me she was on “break” like I didn’t hear the whole conversation. The manager finally returns and she goes to help someone else. I said nicely I was there first and I was rushing to go pick up my kid from practice, if she can please return my stuff first. I was late because I was waiting for her while she was MIA and the employees seemed like they had no way of reaching her cause otherwise they would’ve tried I assume. It didn’t matter, she chose to help the other person so I had to leave because I ran out of time. Now I have to go to another store for the return, lose more time. Avoid the store because customer service is terrible.

Their employee Roxanne goes above and beyond. A Very nice and friendly lady.

I can check out my items on my own... I don't need an employee breathing down my neck I KNOW HOW TO USE SELF CHECK OUT LEAVE ME ALONE and they are required to say "hello welcome to five below" every two seconds it's really annoying. but everything else is ok.

Treated like a thief by an employee. I have come to this five below several times with my child as it is one of our favorite places to go close to home to pick out a prize. Every single time I have ever been here, or to any five below for that matter, the checkout has always been self service checkout with an employee standing and supervising - but they don’t engage UNLESS help is requested or a question needs to be answered. Today, before I could even get to the register fully, the employee was already at the register I was walking up to with a scanner in her hand eyeing down my stroller. It was the First time I brought a stroller in because my kid was TIRED and skipped nap. I told the employee I was okay, as I only picked up 4 coloring books, and I didn’t need help. She again insisted while looking at my stroller. I said “thank you, but we’re okay. I got it. Thank you”. I even asked if my stroller needed to be checked. From a business perspective and how things are now a days, i completely understand, but it was just the way I was approached & spoken to. Which was like a thief. I would have much rather an “ excuse me I don’t mean to be rude but just for reassurance I do need to just double check your items under your stroller “ .. professional, respectful, and to the point. To be honest, since I’ve moved to the area I have not been treated this way. & I found it to be extremely disrespectful. Because of this, I will no longer be shopping at this location.
